Hotel room is quite small. The breakfast buffer is the best so far in Tokyo. We will book again if we visit Tokyo again. The location is perfect and very close to the Iriya station.

Stayed for one night at a very reasonable cost. The overall environment of this hotel is clean and over expected standard which is just aside the metro Iriya Station. The reception staff communicated in good English always with smiling faces. Free reception drinks/snacks for every customer at first floor until 11p.m.

Good hotel great breakfast Smallish room for a couple with three bags no hanging room Washing and drying are very reasonable cost Desk staff understand enough English to get what you need All in all good place super close to the Iriya subway station on the hibiya grey line,like 65 meters city bound and cross the road for kitasenju end station

It’s a nice hotel. The breakfast is very good, the service is very nice, and the AC in the room is great. Really nothing much to say.

I think the check in time (14:00) and check out time (11:00) is the best for arrangement for my trip. At the same time, the breakfast time start from 6:00 can let me have more time to spot at Tokyo

Room is small but cozy. Conveniently located, 3-4 minute walk from Iriya station. Breakfast is delicious, tuna sashimi is fresh.

Walkable distance from metro station. Nearest metro station is iriya not ueno. However, we still managed to walk to the hotel from Ueno station. Nearby the hotel has supermarket with cheap goods and food. Breakfast was average for me.

The hotel is located within a walking distance to the train station (Metro Iriya), about 3-4 min walk. The breakfast spreads is bare acceptable but almost the same servings daily. The staffs duty at the reception counter, not really can understand and communicate in a basic English. Hence it's a bit challenging in communicating with them for the necessity.

Unfortunate that during the entire stay, the lift was down and my family and I need to climb the stairs for the entire 5n nights there. Despite that; hotel room is clean and food is great!
