The curtains in the room were too thin, letting in so much light that the room was bright by 3 or 4 AM. That's a definite downside.

Great location, very close to the subway. The hotel has a good range of facilities, though the rooms are a bit small and some of the equipment is a little dated. Overall, it's still worth recommending and offers good value for money.

The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the subway station, and there's a local supermarket nearby. The service was excellent; they even offered ochazuke (rice with tea) in the evenings, and the cold drinks were delicious. There's also a microwave available for heating up bento boxes.

From Narita Airport to the hotel: Take the Keisei Skyliner to Ueno, then transfer to the Hibiya Line for one stop to Iriya. Find the elevator exit, cross the traffic light, go straight, and the hotel will be visible after turning left at the first intersection. The ground floor restaurant offers complimentary beverages from 11:00 to 23:00, and free ochazuke (rice in tea broth) from 21:00 to 23:00. Nearby amenities include 7-Eleven, FamilyMart, Yoshinoya (closer), Matsuya (a bit further), a supermarket, duty-free shops, sushi restaurants, and tonkatsu (pork cutlet) restaurants. To get to Ueno from the hotel: Use Hibiya Line Exit 1 (the elevator exit before Yoshinoya). Free luggage storage is available after check-out.

This is a truly wonderful hotel, and I'm so glad we chose it this time. Although the room was very small, it was incredibly well-designed, proving that good things come in small packages. It had everything you could possibly need. The amenities and services here are incredibly comprehensive: • Convenient facilities: There's an ice machine, water dispenser, and even a washing machine for laundry. • Generous F&B: They offer drinks from a beverage machine all day long, complimentary drinks and desserts in the afternoon, and even Ochazuke (rice with tea) in the evening. • Amazing breakfast: The buffet breakfast was particularly impressive. • Attentive service: The staff were very friendly and helpful. What's more, it offers excellent value for money. The price was great, and it's surprisingly close to the subway station, making transfers to anywhere incredibly convenient. The only thing to be aware of is that the bathroom can be a bit damp, which might lead to a slight musty smell. However, the hotel provides a spray, and a quick spritz in the bathroom makes the smell disappear. Even though the room was a bit small, the overall experience was excellent, and it's still a fantastic choice. As a family of three, the room felt a bit cramped for us. However, for two people, it would be just perfect.

The hotel was clean, quiet, and the breakfast was abundant and delicious. The front desk staff were gentle and patient. By the way, if you want to ship your luggage to your next hotel, remember to ask the front desk in advance. Don't wait until you're about to check out, as there won't be enough time. There are many restaurants and izakayas nearby, as well as a coffee bean shop, duty-free drugstore, 7-Eleven, and a supermarket. It's only a few minutes' walk from the subway entrance. This hotel truly offers excellent value for money, definitely worth it!
