It's decent. The room is quite spacious compared to other hotels, and it offers great value for money. It's also clean, and the bathrobes are soft. The only downside is how popular it is; I couldn't extend my stay for the second night because they were fully booked. Since it's peak season, I'd recommend booking your room in advance. The hotel also gave a cute little bear charm.

My husband and I love staying at Conrad Tokyo, we were greeted by the manager and he guided us to the check-in counter, the staffs are all very friendly and helpful during our stay. It makes me feel like home. I will definitely come back again.

We've stayed here twice already. While it might not be the most luxurious hotel in Tokyo, it definitely has the best views! The unbeatable sea view, especially at night with the beautiful city lights by the water, makes sleeping so comfortable. The huge windows and super comfy oversized window seats just fill you with happiness. I won't even go into detail about the other amenities or the breakfast, but there's also an enormous infinity pool and a gym. I can only give it a huge thumbs up! 👍

The room was decent, and the twin beds could be pushed together, which was very practical for families with children. However, the soundproofing wasn't great. There's a railway track downstairs, and it gets quite noisy. If you're a light sleeper, it's best to communicate this with the staff in advance. The location is super convenient, right above a subway station, and it's only about a fifteen-minute taxi ride from the airport.

Visit in a decade. So surprised that most of things are still there as brand new which shows how sincerely the staffs are taking care of this facility. This hotel proves itself to be the highest end of Tokyo.

The room facilities are excellent, and the size is also very generous. It's right next to the subway entrance, making it super convenient to go anywhere. The breakfast was just okay, but the service was the worst – incredibly petty. They granted a late check-out but repeatedly emphasized it was a one-time thing, which made me want to roll my eyes and think, 'With your attitude, why would I ever choose you again?' Later, we were a bit late checking out, and the staff's expression was absolutely sour. When I asked for directions to Tsukiji, they didn't even tell me it was just one subway stop away. Instead, they gave me walking directions. It was a scorching hot day, and I was alone with two kids; I almost fainted from the heat. When I finally got there and realized there was a subway, I was fuming. Even more outrageous, after we checked out, we stayed at the hotel for about twenty minutes, and no one noticed we had left a Dyson hairdryer behind. We didn't remember it either, but this would never happen in my home country; they would definitely call the front desk to see if the guests could be contacted. Overall, the hardware is decent, but the service is a major flaw, and breakfast is very mediocre. I definitely won't be staying here again.

Decent overall. Dinner was delicious with a good variety of food options in the room. However, breakfast was very average. The room felt a bit old, not sure why, but the service was okay. The location was a bit hard to find.

Even with my Trip.com Hilton Diamond status, I didn't get an upgrade. My room only overlooked the building across the street, and there was no complimentary breakfast or executive lounge access. The service also wasn't as good as at The Imperial; I had to carry my own luggage the whole time, something I never had to do there. This hotel was almost twice the price of The Imperial, and the amenities were very basic. All in all, I won't be booking here again. Of course, it's still a high-end hotel, so it had the essentials.

We traveled to Nagano Prefecture for 2 days from Tokyo and returned to stay at the Conrad again. This time, we switched to a bay view suite. The room was still spacious, and having two bathrooms was very convenient. The view remained impeccable, and the housekeeping staff did a thorough and clean job. We needed packing tape, and they delivered two large rolls, which was a very thoughtful touch ❤️. The documents we needed printed were also handled very well. We have a small suggestion: could the bathtub be replaced with a deeper model? The current one is too shallow, and taller people can't fully enjoy it.

Enjoy stay in Cornad when we were in Tokyo, good service and nice breakfast. My kid also enjoyed his time in Swimming pool. Will come back again!
