My stay was good. The location was good. It feels futuristic for me. Quite a good experience.

All in all, I was not a fan of this place, before booking please read the following for my reasoning. Pros. (⬇️✅) 1. Cool esthetics 2. Pods are spacious and place is clean overall. 3. Good location Cons. (⬇️❌) 1. It feels you are being watched and monitored 24/7, there are cameras and speakers in the pod “monitoring” you sleep which is the creepiest thing I’ve ever experienced along with cameras in the locker room right outside showering area which I thought was crazy. They don’t even tell you this when you book, they hide that part from you. 2. You have to check in and out every day from 11am-3pm even if you stay multiple nights from the place which they only really let you know once you get there which is misleading. I messaged property about wanting to potentially leave due to daily check out and being watched and listened too while I sleep and asked if there’s anything they could do to refund the following nights if i did and they where no help at all and even started a cancellation with no refund, there was nothing I could do so just ended up having to stay. 3. If you have a big suitcase they store it in a room that you cannot get too during their 5 hour long daily cleaning, the lockers are tiny so most suitcases will not fit, so if you have to shower you have to to 4 separate floors to get your stuff, then go shower, then go back to your suitcase, then back to your sleep pod for which ever floor they assign you, it’s just a full time hassle to deal with. 4. The lobby room is tiny, every day during checkout people are just sitting and cluttered all together, a lot of people just sit and wait there until they can check back in, the building looks cool but it not designed well what so ever for guest functionality. 5. The bed is just an inch and a half thick little mattress, you kind of feel like your just laying on the ground, which you kind of are, was not very comfortable at all Conclusion ⬇️ I did not enjoy my stay here, I’ve booked cheaper places that were overall way better, not a fan of this place and wish I would have just gotten a refund and went to another place but they did not care, I only somewhat recommend this place if you are just doing it for minimum of one night. If you work during night hours like me getting woke up in the morning to a facility speaker telling you to get out is very annoying. The whole experience just felt like I was being watched and in some sort of social experiment of theirs they are using to collect data on you. This is my full personal opinion of my stay here, I hope this helps.

Coming from Suidobashi, I was really surprised by the difference in the 9h series. The Suidobashi branch felt great, but this one was quite bad: 1. The light in front of the sleeping pod was very bright, and even with the curtain drawn, it was still quite translucent. I asked a staff member if they could dim the light specifically for my pod, and they said it was 'for safety' and couldn't be adjusted individually, even though another branch could. Even for safety, it shouldn't interfere with a guest's sleep. 2. The lounge area was tiny, with only two rows of chairs, and it felt cramped, right next to the front desk. 3. The washroom and locker area were also small and cramped. The locker itself was tiny, and the only shelf inside had a cut-out, which I couldn't understand the purpose of. I couldn't even fold my clothes and place them on it. 4. The washroom floor reeked of urine, which was incredibly unpleasant and unexpected. 5. The toilet design had serious issues, very serious. I used two toilets, and after flushing and standing up, the toilet suddenly sprayed water automatically, wetting my pants and making it unhygienic. I've already informed the hotel staff, but I'm not sure if they'll improve it. 6. The staff's attitude was a bit cold. When I reported the toilet problem, she didn't understand English and then asked me, 'So what do you want,' without any clear apology. 7. It's a few hundred meters from the subway station, whether that's far or not is debatable. The only thing better than Suidobashi was that the bed seemed a bit wider.

There was a bad smell in the shower, and the service was so-so. In my experience, it's not the best option; for the same price, you can find a better area.

It's a 5-10 minute walk from the metro, depending on which station you come from. There are no large shopping centers nearby. However, there's a Harry Potter station, a Harry Potter cafe, and a store. The hotel itself offers luggage storage. The capsules, lockers, and showers are all on different floors. It's a bit inconvenient having to constantly move between floors in the elevator. Inside the capsule, there are only two small shelves on the sides, though it does have a power outlet and a USB-A port. I really wish there was a bigger shelf, a hook, and a mini-safe.

I enjoyed the capsule definitely a worthwhile experience everything was generally clean for a hostel and overall great location too which made travelling to other areas of Tokyo and quite easy to make friends too!

Everything was great. The beds were comfortable, spacious, and clean. The only downside was the lack of a laundry service. Also, the capsules need a full power outlet, not just a USB port. (Btw, i'm 190cm, 120 kg, capsule not being problem for me)

The bathroom had a really strong smell, and it got hot since there was no fan. The capsule itself was clean, though. Even though I stayed multiple nights, they only provided one bath towel per day.

This hotel is super convenient with a great location. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean. It's a shame that the front desk staff were unfriendly! That's the most annoying part, especially since it was my first stay and I just wanted to ask a simple question. The two Japanese staff members seemed particularly annoyed and impolite. They even took my suitcase without asking me first.

Before my arrival, I had to change my reservation due to a personal matter, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful in processing it. I was also very pleased that they assigned me a good bed upon check-in. The only minor drawback was that the lockers weren't on the same floor, unlike at the Ningyocho branch, which was a bit inconvenient. Other than that, everything else was satisfactory.
