The location is excellent, and the service is great. The room and bed are both very spacious. It's a bit on the expensive side, but overall, I'm satisfied.

Excellent, excellent, just a bit pricey.

Good....

Advantages: Spacious rooms, comfortable bedding, even the twin beds are large. The hotel is relatively new and clean. Close to Haneda Airport, suitable for business travelers. Disadvantages: Inconvenient location, not suitable for tourists. Getting to Shinagawa Station is a hassle; shuttle buses are infrequent, there are no buses at noon, and the service ends early in the evening. It's also a bit of a walk to Shinagawa Station after getting off the bus. I stayed three nights, and only once did the timing coincide with queuing for the bus with people leaving the adjacent office building. The hotel uses the same shower gel as Fairfield by Marriott, making it feel like a budget hotel.

The room was small and old. I would recommend it for the future. There are smoking rooms available. The service was acceptable.

I had a lot of issues, but the service was terrible. The customer service was so bad that it made me feel bad. I had been staying there for quite a long time, but I felt like I had had enough. I've used this hotel many times since it was Laforet, and I feel like the service was better before. The prices are much higher than before, but I still feel like it's terrible.

The only disappointment was that there was no lounge on the upper floors.

The facilities and room size are better than other hotels in Tokyo.

It is not recommended for tourists to stay here. There is not much food nearby.

This hotel is located right in the heart of Tokyo. As a five-star establishment, it's the only choice when my boss travels for business. The facilities are excellent, and both the cleanliness and service are top-notch. Highly recommended.
