Small room, 8-10 mins walk from JR station. It has many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Good for a quick stay

I booked 2 separate bookings cause we traveled to hokkaido in the middle. Once I got back and checkin again the hotel already prepared the room and move my baggage to the new room already. Love the service and the location. This was my 6th time with the hotel. Still love it.

i lived this gozilla hotel for 10 years . Why? the location, the price, the service, the room size, convenience, day and nightlife all is excellent. You won’t regret to live here

As it’s a hotel right in the center of kabukicho, it’s very convenient and surrounded by restaurants and shops. Even there are some homeless but you still feel safe anyway. The room is small but can manageable for a couple. They have amenities you would need. Overall I’m happy with the stay.

Hotel lobby is on the 8th floor but the lift up to the lobby is quite slow. Room space is good compared with other hotels in Tokyo. Overall the hotel room is good except the toilet at the hotel lobby and the environment outside the building where you can see many sleeping on the roadside etc. Very crowded during weekends.
