Capsule Inn Hamamatsucho

The location was good, the capsule hotel is really outdated. Towel was way too small, and the showers and toilet where not not that clean. The bed blanket was just a sheet and the pillow was not great. Staff was friendly through.

The location is great but they will charge you to store luggage even for baggage you keep with you. Otherwise great place to stay. Like other capsule Inn they do not have private shower.

I wrote a longer review of this place that covers the basics. After I ended a business trip I decided to stay on in Tokyo so just rebooked at this spot on the app. It seems like the staff here run bookings mostly with a hand written ledger --- when I mentioned to them I was staying longer they just made a note of it and then left me a message when it was confirmed, very chill. Overall the staff at this place were pretty great. I was there for two weeks and in the time I was there I saw maybe like ten different people working there. As an English speaker, sometimes there was a language barrier, but it was never really a problem, and there is clear signage about all of the most important policies all over the place in English, Korean, and Chinese. It was always a friendly experience, most of the ppl working there were older with a kind of caring auntie vibe, so that was fun. At one point I asked to move bunks because a guy on my floor was super sick, and they arranged it with no hassle or fuss, which I really appreciated. Would definitely recommend this place for the staff.

I read a lot of bad comments about this hostel but honestly it was one of the best in Tokyo, it's right, there was queue in the night for check in and the owners are all old men/women and things are slow, but my staying was good! I extended one night more. They also give you a Kimono for the Japanese bath

The hotel boasts an excellent location, situated right next to the A4 exit of Daimon Metro Station. The receptionist is exceptionally warm and supportive. Amenities include a hairdryer, shower facilities, coin lockers, and a vending machine. Each bed capsule is equipped with a TV and clock, making it very convenient. Overall, I thoroughly enjoy my stay here.

Very good location hotel, it's beside the A4 exit of Daimon Metro station. The hotel receptionist is very warm welcoming and well supportive. This hotel has hair dryer, shower room, coin lockers, and vending machine. At the bed capsule, there is TV and clock. It's very convenient and I can enjoy staying here.
