The room offered ample space for two people, and the bathroom counter was incredibly spacious. The bathtub was deep enough for a proper soak, and the hotel even provided bath salts, which were a great help in relieving fatigue.

The room, as always, was clean, tidy, and comfortable. It's close to the monorail, so if you're sensitive to noise, this might not be the best choice. It's also near the Narita Airport bus stop. The hotel is located right in the Ginza shopping district, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. The Western-style breakfast was excellent.

The hotel is ideally located in Ginza, near Yurakucho. It's just a 4-minute walk from the Narita Airport bus drop-off point and a 6-minute walk from the Limousine Bus Teikoku Hotel stop. Right outside the hotel entrance is a Ginza Station subway entrance, leading directly to the Marunouchi Line, which gets you to Shinjuku in 20 minutes. There are tons of restaurants nearby, from high-end to casual eateries. For shopping, drugstores and Bic Camera are a 5-minute walk, and the luxury brand stores of Ginza are about 7-8 minutes away on foot. The hotel rooms are quite spacious for the price range; opening two 24-inch suitcases is no problem at all. The facilities are also very new, and the soundproofing is excellent, ensuring I slept very well every night. The bathroom is large, and the vanity counter is more than adequate. There are vending machines and free ice dispensers right in the hallway. Housekeeping usually cleans the room within 2 hours of me leaving. The lobby bar offers reasonable prices, and sitting on the terrace is very pleasant. If I had to pick a flaw, it would be that the cleaning staff are a bit too efficient – they replaced slippers daily and threw away toothpaste after just one use, which isn't very environmentally friendly. Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay and will definitely consider this hotel again for future trips to Tokyo.

This hotel offers incredible value for money. The subway station is right at the doorstep, and it's surrounded by many high-end brands. The lobby bar is also a popular spot for influencers, serving champagne and afternoon tea. The room was spacious enough and the cleanliness was excellent!

The hotel's location is excellent, and I'd recommend the environment too. I'll definitely book here again next time. It's right above the Ginza subway station, and you can walk to the main Ginza area in just 5 minutes, so transportation is super convenient. The room size is also decent.

Excellent location — just next to Shijo (四条) and beside the Kamo River (鸭川). I did my morning run along the river and easily completed a 10km round trip. Across the bridge is Gion, and on the opposite main road is Kyoto Takashimaya. All the shopping areas are within easy walking distance. The staff were very friendly, and the hotel is beautifully built on the site of a former primary school, which gives it a unique character. There are two cafés on Level 1 — one of them is the popular Blue Bottle Coffee. There are also two Western dining options on Level 1. Level 8 offers a lovely view and features the front desk, bar, and hotel restaurant, making it a great place to relax. Will definitely come back again!!

Still very satisfied, so happy! It's always this place for me. Sushi-Go-Round is right downstairs, which is a huge plus. All the facilities are comprehensive, and you can catch the airport shuttle or the subway right downstairs.

The hotel's location is excellent. Right outside, you have the Ginza subway station, and across the street, there's another subway entrance, providing access to about 5-7 subway lines. This makes getting anywhere incredibly convenient. The lobby staff were very welcoming and understood our needs perfectly. Plus, there are outdoor recreational facilities in the lobby, which was a nice touch. The room itself was a bit on the small side; there was just enough space for one suitcase. However, I highly recommend the hotel breakfast – it was delicious, fresh, and tasty! I'd definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip!!

Nice location at ginza … I’m the regular visitor to Japan 🇯🇵

The location is unbeatable, close to the subway and airport bus. The hotel is very new, and they even helped me switch to a higher floor room to address the view issue. Although there's a bit of noise from the nearby railway, it's acceptable.

Facilities: Excellent, always my top choice whenever I'm in Ginza. Cleanliness: Very good, spotless. Location: Convenient transportation and plenty of dining options nearby. Service: Excellent, I'll definitely be back.

Poor value for money, mediocre service. I was expecting to be blown away with five star luxury and it simply wasn’t the case. Small rooms and not much good apart from the location

It has great location, easy access to multiple subway lines. All of the staff are very kind and helpful. Amenities are of excellent quality. Nice and clean room. the only unpleasant experience i had was when i saw the cleaning lady use the same sponge to clean the wash basin and the cups. And the extra bed will be shorter than the regular beds. My 5’6 friend’s feet had to hang off the extra bed which was uncomfortable.

The rooms are quite spacious for Ginza, a district where space is at a premium. The location is super convenient, with a subway entrance right outside the door.
