The hotel located at a nice quiet street with 4 mins walking distance from Mejiro train station which is one station away from Shinjuku. Very convenient location and the hotel staffs are excellent friendly people. They are always smiling. The hotel room is big enough to open 2 luggages. There is laundry room as well. I would love to stay here again in my next Tokyo trip!

I really enjoyed my stay at the Richmond Hotel Mejiro! The place was super clean, comfortable, and had a nice atmosphere. The staff were all really respectful and friendly, which made the stay even better. I’d definitely stay here again next time I’m in the area!

The hotel has a unique, contemporary aesthetic with friendly staff. The luggage drop-off system was convenient and clever, and the staff also allowed us to store our luggage after check-out. Location was accessible, within 20min walk of iconic activities, and the city bus is located right at the door step of the hotel. Room was decent sized for Japan, but TV unfortunately did not have streaming services.
