Karaksa hotel is a great hotel near Tokyo station with 3 beds options. Very comfortable. Like separate bathroom, toilet and washing basin so different people can at same time.

nice stay! super near to the train station and walkable (17mins) to ginza shopping district!! nice to walk in the cold tho! the staff were so friendly as well :)

The room was small, but minimalist and clean. The breakfast selection wasn't huge, but it was well-balanced and nutritious. The hotel's location is super convenient; Takashimaya is right out the door to the right, and Daimaru is to the left. There are tons of restaurants nearby, and it's just a few minutes' walk to the JR station.

Overall, a very good hotel with excellent service. The afternoon tea and snacks were a lovely touch every day, and the Christmas pastries were delicious. The hotel's location is super convenient for getting around, with easy access to the subway. There are also plenty of shops nearby for all your shopping needs. My only minor complaint is that the shower stall in the bathroom was a bit small.

Great location, easy access to both Metro and JR. Airport Limo bus stop was also nearby but I didn’t use it. Food, convenient stores all around since it’s in central Tokyo Yeasu area. Room is small as expected in central area. Complementary refreshments all day at lobby was appreciated. Breakfast was just ok, simple, for a few days it’s ok but we stayed quite a few nights so it gets to you. Luckily, this hotel allowed us to trade the breakfast tickets for vouchers equivalent to the breakfast value to be used in eateries in nearby Yeasu mall. That’s a positive since you then get to have more choices later. You can even use it at the Daimaru food hall!! Overall I can recommend this hotel.

Great location to metro stations and easy to locate. Hotel is able to accommodate to room requests well. Coin laundry is also available too.

The room was a bit small, but very clean. The location is excellent, right next to Tokyo Station, making it incredibly convenient for transportation, shopping, and dining. My only minor complaint is that the room was still a bit on the small side.

We booked a connecting room for two adults and two children. The hotel has amenities like a washing machine and an ice machine, plus a long-running self-service beverage and candy bar. The front desk was very helpful and assisted us in booking a shared ride to Haneda Airport! The location is excellent, extremely convenient. It's only a 7-8 minute taxi ride to Ichiran Ramen.

The rooms were spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, with some even speaking Chinese. Small no frills hotel close to the train station. The rooms are tiny but you get everything you need. the toilet is separated from the shower area. The shower area is very small.
