4/5Very Good300 yen if you want a towel Stayed in a mixed dormitory room, which was quieter and more comfortable than I expected. There were a lot of women, so I had trouble finding a place to look, but after working 20 hours, I was tired, so I slept soundly. A bed that is wider and more comfortable than a capsule hotel

Haven't found the right property yet?
I think this is a good hostel but they screwed me over. It’s clean and the staff are nice but they had a very misleading sign on their door (which I’ve attached). I arrived at the hotel at ten pm (The app said check in ends at 11) and this sign was on the side door (the only door I saw from the direction I was coming from). I think this sign makes it pretty clear you can’t check in. I do not think this sign implies that there’s another entrance that allows you to check in later. So, I contacted trip.com and let them know the problem. Meanwhile, I booked another hotel because it was late. Long story short, the hotel refused to give me a refund. I think this is completely unfair because this sign is very misleading. I wish this hadn’t dampened my experience but it really did.
