Tosei Hotel Cocone Ueno Reviews

The location of hotel is perfect, only 2-3 mins by walk from hotel to subway Ueno station. Pillows, towels, extra amenities can take at Reception area. Tea & Coffee station provided as complimentary near Front desk. Staffs are helpful and friendly. Room size is ok, can stay for 2 adults and 1 child. But can fit for 2 big luggages only. Restroom is small but it is normal in Japan. The temperature in room when hotel turned on Heater cannot much adjust, make us feel hot for whole night.

Location near station. l. When we got problem with the remote tv, the staff very helpful. Free coffee and snack. Next time will book this hotel again.

Location is convenience where nearby JR station. There are many restaurant and shops close to there as well.

Hotel has kind counter staff. It's very near to JR station and skyliner train station to airport. Room is bit small for two, still very convenient for short stay. Nearby has many food store.

First time staying at Tosei chain of hotels in Ueno. Arrived from HND and it's a few steps from Ginza/Hibiya line exit 3 or a short walk via Hirokoji exit Ueno station. My room was ready around 2pm and was allowed early check-in, which was unexpected. I was prepared to pay for early check-in as I was tired from a long flight so was nice to get the early check-in. Room was very small, typical of a Japanese hotel room. Lots of eateries around and easily accessible. U can spend the whole day just walking around the area.

Great location with a lot of restaurants nearby. Very close to the metro, JR and skyliner too!

Excellent location!!! Very convenient to anywhere in Tokyo. Just right next the station. 2 mins by walk. Only thing is the room is toooo small. But if you travel alone. It’s good choice. If two people might be a little bit crowed

Location is great near to Ameyoko shopping street and metro station. If you carry luggage might need be careful, there is only stairs for exit to hotel. However the cleanliness should be improve, not sure the bed sheet/pillowcase have change it or not, a little dusty. Slippers are also reused.

The hotel is near the famous ueno ameyoko shopping street. 5 mins walk from ueno station. We stayed in the Japanese stay twin room which is big enough for me and my 2 daughters, but the bathroom is a bit too small, which is quite normal in Japan. No breakfast available recently.

Everything is so fine just took us a while to figure the way to hotel at first. But location great. Close to restaurants and shopping too The roof Garden is very cute where u get fresh air and get to see Tokyo Skytree

The location is strategic, near to subway and easy access to many attractions. There are also many local foods and shops nearby in walking distance. Staff is nice and helpful.

Good location, near the exit number3 of Ueno subway station. Family mart is opposite and 7-11 is near the hotel. Very small room. Good facilities ex. Coffee maker machine, Ice maker and Scales for weighing luggage.
