Daiwa Roynet Hotel Ginza Premier (Renewal Opening on April, 2026)

Attending the Tokyo Fisheries Expo, I chose to stay at the Daiwa Roynet Hotel in Ginza, and it was an excellent experience! The hotel is clean, hygienic, and the breakfast is abundant, with delicious grilled mackerel and silver salmon. They even provide Kose Sekkisei and DHC toiletries every night, which is a nice touch! The location is incredibly convenient; you can walk to Tokyo Station and Marunouchi. From Tokyo Station, it's easy to catch a bus to Kisarazu Outlet, which is very convenient – a round trip costs just 3000 JPY and takes only 50 minutes one way. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, including OK Supermarket, BEAMS, MONT-BELL, PATAGONIA, SAPPORO DRAFT BLACK, Mitsukoshi, GINZA NOVO, and GINZA777, covering all your eating, drinking, playing, and shopping needs! **Environment**: The environment is quiet with good soundproofing, ensuring a good night's sleep. **Service**: As expected from Japanese hotels, the service was excellent, with friendly and smiling staff. **Facilities**: All facilities were sufficient, including a microwave, ice maker, vending machines, luggage weighing scale, and coffee machine. **Cleanliness**: Housekeeping was prompt and excellent. Ginza itself is a fantastic area, with countless bars, cafes, Ippudo ramen, and Tonkatsu restaurants to explore. For transportation, you have the Yurakucho Line, Ginza Line, Keikyu Line, and many other options, making it quick and easy to get to Asakusa, Daikanyama, Nakameguro, Shibuya, Harajuku, Omotesando, and even a jazz cafe in Yotsuya. I will definitely stay in Ginza again next time!

The hotel has been recently renovated, so it's very clean and quiet. They offer daily room cleaning. However, the breakfast isn't great. For 3000 yen, which is about 137 RMB, it's a rip-off. We stayed for 5 days and it was the exact same every morning. Besides some toast and salad, there were no fried eggs or pastries. There was hardly anything else edible. It would have been better not to book a room with breakfast. There's a 7-Eleven and Lawson downstairs, which offer much better value for money!

The location is good, right near Ginza 2-chome. However, you have to walk about 7-8 minutes to get to any subway station, and Tokyo in the summer is incredibly hot, so you'll be sweating after just a couple of steps. Remember to protect yourself from the sun and heat! Check-in is on the third floor, and they offer free coffee every day from 2 PM to 11 PM. The chocolate and matcha lattes are delicious. Our two large suitcases fit and could even be laid flat in the room. The room itself was clean, hygienic, and had no strange smells. You don't need to bring toiletries as you can pick them up at the front desk. Plus, there's a Starbucks, convenience store, and a drugstore downstairs.

The hotel is clean, and the subway is very close, making it convenient for getting around.

This hotel is truly excellent! I've noticed they have branches in many locations, including Osaka, where I also booked a stay at this chain. Their service, cleanliness, and price are all incredibly reasonable. Plus, there's a convenient store right downstairs.

Very clean, both the rooms and common areas. It's also super close to Ginza, and there's a drugstore and convenience store right downstairs. The facilities are great and the room feels new. I'd definitely stay here again.

So convenient for getting around! Last time I stayed at this hotel was back in 2018... The breakfast place I used to go to is still there, and Ginza hasn't changed much. Next time, I'll try staying in a different area, hehe.
