Great location. Lots of food and mini market. Worth yo stay

Great property for a family of four. It had all the facilities as promised in the ad. Comfortable, spacious compared to Tokyo standards, near the station and many eateries, if you follow the check-instructions procedures, it will be a breeze. One of the days it rained heavy and the staircase we filled with water, staff cleaned it as soon as possible and was very apologetic. Highly recommend this place.

It’s good value. Especially like the convenience and location. A lot of eateries and some shopping readily available.

The location is convenient, there are great restaurants around the area and a large grocery store with tons of excellent prepared foods. The sushi was fresh and delicious, as good as anything we could get in restaurants as home, also close to train station, very heppy that we chose this location for our tokyo stay. The room its nice , we stay 4 persons in room , there are 2 bedrooms inside , clean. and they have stove top, small fridge, microwave, plates and cutlery. Although small, this was more than adequate for our group and likely spacious for Japan standards. We absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone travelling in the area.

Room is decent but not the most convenient location to the centre of tokyo.

Good location, right at the Sasazuka Station which is very near to Shinjuku. The room is very spacious considering the usual Japan hotel space. Clean and has complete amenities for your needs, cooker, washing machine, tablewares, fridge. There are also a lot of convenience stores downstairs, 7-11, lawson, walk to family mart. There is alsp a shopping mall connected to the train station with uniqlo, muji and ABC mart
