Location was perfect with close proximity to Tsukiji market.

Good location with clean and cozy room. Best with massage chair provided in the room! Had massage every night after a long day out!

Location is quite convenient yet not busy or noisy. Room is a little tight for long stay, not as good layout as ReMM Roppongi. Stayed on 16/F, not sure why but it has minor smell of old hotel. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Massage chair is a major reason we picked ReMM, but this room and layout is a bit tight for it. Cleanliness and supplies(amenities) are good.

My third time to live in Remm brand. Convenient, cozy, suitable for young couple who would not spend too much time in hotel. the massage chair is a plus. but i do feel frustrated as i need to move the chair before using it as the designated chair location isnt spacious enough for using it

The room, albeit compact, maintains a tidy appearance. However, guests staying at lower levels may experience discomfort due to audible traffic noise from the adjacent main road. Only accommodations on higher floors offer a "city view"; otherwise, the perspective is predominantly of the road. The location is commendable but not without its drawbacks. It necessitates a roughly 10-minute walk from the nearest metro station to the hotel. Despite this, the station's convenience facilitates swift access to various city areas. The vicinity of Ginza lacks a significant presence of chain restaurants, leading to a scenario where dining options tend to be premium-priced. The service quality is noteworthy, with staff proficient in English, enhancing the guest experience. A notable service includes the willingness to store luggage for a few hours post-checkout, adding to the convenience. Regarding amenities, the hotel's offerings are somewhat restricted, with the absence of microwaves and coin-operated laundry machines being notable limitations.

We extended our stay at this hotel, because it was the perfect location and lovely hotel! Recommend !

Although the room was small, there was a massage chair which was a very good add-on after a tiring day trip. The hotel local was absolutely great. Right in the middle of the downtown and they were family mart donki and many famous shops around. I would recommend people to stay. My good choice.
