Hotel Livemax Shinjuku East

The staff from the front desk we not so cooperative. Only one nepali guy from the morning shift helped us a lot. Remaining others were not so polite and weren't even presented in the front desk when we needed them.

Very easy and convenient. Aircon was powerful. Bathroom had a bit of a funny smell.

The hotel is very small and the service is not good. The receptionist is not friendly. Thale room is not so clean with the AC sounds so loud when we activate it. Not recommend

Good for one person. Well located, quiet but close enough to the more crowded places!

Greta location easy access to centre shopping restaurants and nightlife

Nice stay in shinjuku, 7eleven 50m away, subway as well. Nice I recommend

quit location but near to higashi shinjuku station witch is good for traveler who wants to roam around shinjuku. But you should be carefull about you keycard when you go out . because when its late evening theres no front desk anymore to assist you and you have no choice to wait them or call them to help you.

The worst hotel ever🤮there’s peoples ********** on bed and the pillows smelt like 💩 The Indian guy is rude as hell and treating ppl so badly that’s basically why we changed the hotel after the first night. y’all got 3.0/5 for a reason
