Tabist TOKYO CITY VIEW HOTEL

The facility and room is newer and renovated. Clean fresh looks room and you won't feel the room is not clean. However, the room is narrow and you won't be open your large luggage. The only place I can open my luggage is to put it on my bed to have it fully opened. Although its short distance from the station south exit, there is a steep uphill coming out of the station. And the south exit do not have a elevator. So if you got a bigger or heavy luggage with you, it will be a strong sweaty effort to carry the luggage up the stairs. And then roll a steep uphill to get to the hotel. I recommend to exit the station on further north side exit. There is elevator next to the McDonald's building, take that up to the upper street level. From there is a flat 4 mins walk to the hotel. Definitely use that route if you got kids in stroller or heavy bulky luggage.

The service was excellent, and the location is very convenient, being close to the JR tabata station. The price was also very affordable. I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit Japan.

The location is superb. Very near to the Tabata station on JR Yamanote Line. We were so lucky to get a room with Tokyo Tower view. We definitely will stay in this hotel again if we are coming to Tokyo again.

It was located in a more inconvenient area than I expected, and I could constantly hear noise from the trains. The noise was only not an issue when the trains were not running, so I had to sleep during those hours. The bathroom was also very small. However, I was able to stay at a low price, which I appreciated. Thank you ☺︎

Standard biz hotel as usual. Onsen and gym is a plus but restricted use as you need to book as it hold 2 person at once . View is great though

hotel is very near tabata station south gate, however restaurants are at north gate. room is small as of all japan hotels but is clean and has all the amenities needed. overall a very pleasant stay and staffs were friendly as well.

This place offers a comfortable stay near the train station (green line), with basic necessities provided. Though there's no convenience store nearby, a vending machine in the lobby supplies water. Had a pleasant 3-night stay compared to a previous Airbnb experience, appreciating the availability of a dehumidifier. However, do note that if you have luggage larger than 25 inches, it might be difficult to open because the room is quite small.
