Out of the 6 days I spent on a business trip in Japan, this was by far the worst hotel experience. First, I had to use a self-service machine to check in. When the male front desk staff saw I had a Chinese passport, he chose traditional Chinese characters for the machine, which was odd. I was then assigned a room facing a wall with four noisy air conditioning units outside. The noise made it impossible to sleep, so I requested a room change. The new room's door opened directly to a balcony, not the hallway, so it was freezing cold every time I opened it. Plus, there was a draft coming in through the door cracks.

Even though the room was a bit small, it was clean, comfortable, and well organized. It was perfectly suitable for travelers who just need a nice place to rest after exploring the city.
The highlight of my stay was the view from the room. I could see the river and the city skyline, including Tokyo Skytree, just like in the photos. The night view was especially beautiful.
Overall, it was a great stay and good value for money. I would definitely recommend this hotel

The single room offered a great view of the Sumida River and Tokyo Skytree, and it was very close to the subway station. The window view was fantastic, and the room itself was clean and well-equipped with amenities like a microwave and a refrigerator. I had a very pleasant stay. Check-in and check-out were self-service, which was convenient. The front desk staff were also very helpful and friendly.

Major warning to everyone online! If you're planning to apply for a Japanese three-year multiple-entry visa, absolutely AVOID this hotel!
I sincerely advise anyone applying for a three-year multiple-entry visa to Japan, who needs a formal accommodation certificate with an official hotel stamp for their visa application, to immediately blacklist this hotel! It's a huge pitfall and will 100% jeopardize your visa application!
Overall Terrible Review for the Hotel:
1. Filthy and Disgusting Accommodation Environment:
The room hygiene was extremely poor. Dusty corners, noticeable stains in the bathroom, unclean bedding, and an overall dilapidated and dirty environment. The stay was a terrible experience and completely inconsistent with the pictures on the platform.
2. Awful Front Desk Service Attitude:
The staff were cold, perfunctory, and had an extremely poor attitude. They showed impatience throughout our communication. When I proactively communicated my needs and raised issues, they shirked responsibility and refused to actively resolve any guest problems, making communication extremely frustrating.
3. Fatal Visa Pitfall!! No Official Hotel Stamp:
I specifically booked this hotel to obtain an accommodation certificate for my visa. However, the hotel only has a common business chop, not an official hotel stamp! The Japanese embassy for three-year multiple-entry visas strictly verifies the hotel stamp. This business chop is completely invalid, meaning the accommodation certificate issued cannot be used for visa submission, directly rendering your visa documents useless and delaying your visa process, wasting both time and money! When I inquired about the stamp in advance, the front desk deliberately concealed this information and did not inform me beforehand, intentionally misleading me into booking!
Ctrip Platform – Also a Warning:
Immediately after check-in, I contacted Ctrip customer service to complain, seek assistance with getting the stamp, and report the issue. Ctrip was completely unresponsive, did not actively follow up, and did not actively protect guest rights. They merely relayed messages without urging the hotel to resolve the visa stamp issue, allowing the hotel to violate rules by concealing information. They completely failed to protect consumer rights, and after multiple days of complaints, there was no effective resolution plan, leaving me with no way to defend my rights.
I sincerely and wholeheartedly advise against this!
Even for a normal trip, I wouldn't recommend staying here. But if you need to apply for a Japanese three-year multiple-entry visa and require a formal accommodation certificate with an official stamp, turn around and go somewhere else! Do NOT book! Do NOT book!
The hotel quality is extremely poor, the service is terrible, and your visa documents will be directly invalidated. Ctrip's after-sales dispute resolution efficiency is extremely low. Booking this hotel is a 100% guarantee of encountering problems!

Avoid this place. The Vietnamese woman at the front desk was extremely rude and insisted she didn't understand English. We had to rely on a translation app for the entire conversation. Upon arrival, I was given a room at the very end of the hall, and the window wouldn't even open, which was completely different from what was shown on Trip.com. The air conditioning was broken; even at 16 degrees, there was barely any cool air. When I reported it, the same Vietnamese front desk staff came to check and actually questioned me, saying, 'Isn't there air coming out? I can feel it, why can't you?' In short, the service was absolutely terrible. I stayed one night and left, booking another hotel that was much, much better.

The room is tiny. They charge a ¥1000 fine if you don't check out before 10 AM, and a full night's fee if you don't check out by 12 PM. They won't remind you about check-out time, they're just waiting to hit you with the penalty.

Great location. Fair room. But no spa as the hotel description says. 501 or 601 line has the best views

I didn't even bother taking photos of this hotel; it looks pretty much the same as the pictures online. The main issue here is the staff – seriously, they're something else. Both male and female staff members basically have no expression on their faces, completely lifeless. And for breakfast, you get a bento box and a bottle of green tea. Also, the room cleanliness is subpar; there's dust in many places. The blinds are the roll-up type and let in a lot of light. The facilities are old and everything just feels unclean.

I think it’s good, except that they don’t clean the room. Usually in Japan, at least they clean the room every third day, but in this hotel, no cleaning was offered at all, which seemed to be unclean. The scenery from the room was superb. Just wish they cleaned the room at least every third day and that would have made it a greater stay.

The room was quite dusty, and the cleanliness was not well maintained. There were also items left behind from the previous guest, which shows that the room was not properly checked or cleaned before my check-in. I think the hotel needs to improve their cleaning and room preparation.
