The room itself was clean (like the floor, bedsheets, furniture etc), but the air conditioner was full of mold, so the air was kinda dense and because of my allergy, it was really difficult to sleep. The washroom was REALLY DIRTY; full of mold on the floor and walls and the vents were not working. Pretty disgusting. In my voucher it said that my room was on the 1st floor, but when I got there, the man said to go to the 3rd floor. As most of the apartments in Japan, the walls are thin, so you can hear people talking in the other rooms. But an earplug can help. The owner is Chinese and doesn’t speak either English nor Japanese, but still a really kind gentleman. The location is kinda okay, about 10min away from the convenience store and 15min from the train station (walking).

If you want to stay in a quiet place,here would satisfy you.Last year,I stay in Nerima for 2 months for healing,Nerima’s tranquility impressed me deeply.Tokyo is a noisy and messy city,but if you want to have another different experience,Nerima would be a nice place,although here doesn’t have any scenic spots.Back to this homestay,it’s not a hotel nor a hostel,it’s small even a little bit narrow,but you can feel peaceful and relieve yourself.

I like this B&B very much!! I was worried before coming here because I had never stayed in a B&B in Japan, but I had a great time staying here for a few days^ ^. Every public area is very clean!), although the Jianzhiju we stayed in is small, it has all the necessary facilities, it is also very clean and tidy, many small details are very interesting, and it is warm and comfortable to live in. Although it has been very cold and windy in Tokyo these days, the air-conditioned room is very warm. The landlord is enthusiastic and friendly, and he took the initiative to help a lot. He replied to emails very quickly, helped me carry the box and signed for the express delivery of the suitcase, and talked a lot about the experience of studying and living in Japan in the future. After getting off the bus at Nakamurabashi Station, I suggest you open the Amap navigation and search for Tokyo Ximei B&B. The walking navigation is very accurate (I don’t know why my Google map always wanders ( From the geographical point of view, although it takes a while to walk, it is very easy to walk from Nakamurabashi Station. It is very convenient to take the Seibu Ikebukuro Line. There is an accessible elevator at the exit. It is very interesting to take a slow walk. There are many fast food restaurants, convenience stores, drug stores, Yaoya, second-hand stores, bookstores, etc. along the way. Because I was busy with work, I didn’t finish shopping properly. It was really interesting to walk all the way. There was no need to worry about the daily necessities that were missing. It was easy to buy. If I must say that there is a flaw, it is that I can hear some people talking outside the door and the sound of water in the bathroom, but for me, it can adapt to my good sleep quality hh. This price B&B is very cost-effective in Tokyo at this time. I like this small house and cottage. Thanks to the boss and his family, it really makes people feel at home! This is a shabby guesthouse. There is a smell as soon as you enter the door. It is really speechless. The transportation is extremely inconvenient. Many subways are not near this location. I walk more than a kilometer to get to the station every time. There was one time when I walked more than three kilometers to get there without stopping. It is really terrible. If you want to book this hotel, I advise you to be cautious.

The location is not easy to find. If you follow the method on Google, it will be difficult to find. It is recommended to add some indicators at the entrance and upstairs to facilitate travelers to find their rooms. It is 1.6 kilometers away from the subway station and 1 kilometer away from the light rail. It is still a bit troublesome to go there on a hot day. It is okay to walk in good weather. Then the owner forgot to turn on the water heater, so I had to take a cold shower.

I washed them and hung them out. As a result, it rained at night and forgot to collect them. The owner was very considerate to help me collect my clothes. Because I was a special forces soldier traveling all the way, I went out at 5 am and came back at 10 pm. It was a pity that I didn't meet the owner, but the owner's son still carefully told me the precautions for checking out. What may have an impact is that this house seems to have no three-pin plugs, only two two-pin plugs, and they are not next to the bed. (Maybe I didn't notice it, after all, I ran away all the time) There is a very delicious restaurant nearby, strongly recommended I will choose to stay here again for the Holy Land Tour next year.
