the best part is it is in Shinjuku but the problem is you have to walk 10-12 minutes to any station. fairly clean room but way too small, not even enough space to place 1 large luggage. street noise is a problem. really friendly staff though. enjoyed the breakfast. gym was small but decent. might not choose this hotel again.

We had a great stay! The hotel staffs were very friendly, and very helpful. We ordered a lot from Amazon and they already sent to my room before I arrived.
Great service. Just location is not the best for winter, as you need to walk to the station. If summer it would have been fine.

good hotel from hardware perspective, but we felt the service is a bit cold and not super welcoming by Japanese standard. the hotel is hip and well designed
