Stayed 3 nights here and thoroughly enjoyed it. The service staff are super friendly and helpful, the little touches like coffee machine, rooftop lounge, washer/dryers are perfect for families and couples alike . Highly recommended . I think they are run by filipinos so the service quality is fantastic

Spotlessly clean, unpretentious hotel in Sumida, a short walk to the Hokusai Museum, Sumo stadium and Ryogoku subway. We really liked the quiet location. It's not right in central Tokyo but you can get anywhere by train and walk to the river plus there are attractions as well as convenience stores close by. We liked it so much we made a second booking. The rooms vary in size and price. Good value for money for Tokyo. We were initially in a smaller room with a balcony and great view of the Sky Tower, then booked into a larger family room. Both had washing machines and microwaves, practical for travellers. All had access to a cute roof terrace with views. The staff are super friendly, helpful and communicate in excellent English.

The metro station is just 3mins walk, and JR station is around 7mins walk, convenience location. Room for 2 person is quite small but fully equip with kitchen and washing machine, superb! There are 3 marts around the hotel where you can buy food and prepare in the kitchen. And all the staffs are friendly and very helpful and communicate is not a problem as they can speak English. We also enjoy the rooftop patio with amazing SKY TREE Tower view!

We spent 3 nights in this hotel. It is located near a metro station and several konbinis (ideal for an evening meal after a long day) The staff is welcoming and very attentive to making sure we are comfortable. There is a rooftop on the 7th floor which allows you to have a great view of the sky tower. The room is spotless, pajamas, slippers and toiletries provided. There is everything you need for cooking. Coffee and tea are available at reception. Umbrella available at the entrance if needed. Everything is done to ensure that you have a pleasant stay. The skytower is about a 30 minute walk away. I recommend ++ 🙂
