Tora Hotel Skytree

The location is super convenient, the kitchen is well-equipped, and it was very clean when we checked in. The two rooms perfectly accommodated our group. All in all, it was absolutely fantastic! 😊

Convenient location near Oshiage Skytree Station and shopping areas. It's quiet, and check-in was easy and hassle-free. There are many restaurants nearby, offering both breakfast and dinner. There's also a direct train line from the airport. The room amenities are complete, the room itself is very spacious, and the bed is soft and comfortable. Highly recommended! 👍👍👍

This hotel is conveniently located near the Tokyo Skytree and Oshiage Station, with direct train access to both Haneda and Narita Airports. There's also a post office nearby, which is handy for international travelers. It would be even better if the rooftop area were accessible to guests, as it offers a great view of the Sumida River fireworks.

The location is fantastic, right near Tokyo Skytree, yet surprisingly quiet. There's also a 24-hour supermarket nearby, which is great for grabbing groceries for a simple meal after a long day. I didn't get a chance to try the fish rice bowl place downstairs, but there's a delicious yakiniku restaurant on the floor above the supermarket across the street. Another big plus is that you can see part of the Skytree from the balcony – that was awesome. The only downside is that the mattress was extremely soft. After four nights, my back was starting to feel a bit uncomfortable.

The hotel is very close to Skytree and a supermarket, making transportation super convenient. The only minor downsides are no bathtub for soaking and no dryer. For the first three days, the weather was great, so drying clothes on the balcony was fine, but if it rained, we were out of luck! Overall, everyone had a great stay.

We stayed in these apartments in Tokyo for 6 days during Golden Week. We arrived before the check-in time, and they allowed us to leave our bags by the room. After cleaning, the staff themselves brought them into the apartment. Check-in was quick, and the owner was in touch with us via WhatsApp. The location is excellent – literally next to the subway, a large shopping center near the Skytree, and a big Life supermarket that's open until midnight. We could always buy food and, if needed, cook something in the room. We stayed in room 401. Instead of beds, there are actually good mattresses on the floor (we had something to compare it to – before this, we slept on futons in an onsen :)), and they were quite comfortable with good pillows. The room has a washing machine with a dryer (though it doesn't dry very well, and unfortunately, there's nowhere to dry clothes on the balcony), a microwave, and a stove with a set of dishes. The shower had a good supply of hot water. Overall, our stay in Tokyo at these apartments was very successful; we even experienced a small earthquake there, which was an unforgettable experience! It wasn't entirely clear where and when to throw out the trash, but we honestly tried to sort it. It would also be great if the apartment owners placed something like a table and chairs on the balcony; otherwise, such a large terrace goes unused (but I assume this is due to potential strong winds, which could simply blow furniture off an open terrace).
