The location is decent, not far from Kita-Senju station. The receptionist's English and Japanese were a bit muddled, so you really had to concentrate to understand them. It's budget-friendly, but you can't really call it comfortable.

The owner is very kind and the facilities are excellent and sufficient. The ambiance is also nice. The only minor downsides are the soundproofing and the room space, which might not be large enough to fully open a suitcase, so keep that in mind. It's close to the station with plenty of food options nearby, offering great convenience. The owner's English accent is quite strong. Highly recommended, I'd definitely go again if I have the chance.

The room size is ok, not too big, fit for the prize. The bed and aircond are well maintained. This inn also provide washing machine and dryer for laundry with free detergent, that is good for us as bagpacker. The bathroom may be a little weird because the water is either extremely hot or cold. Oven for food heating, sofa for rest. All accomplished well. The person in charge is helpful. Overall a very nice experience, warrant a 95/100

This guesthouse is really convenient for international guests. It felt a bit like living in an American university dorm: mostly young people, bumping into each other in the morning when heading out and in the evening while brushing teeth before bed. :D The transportation is super convenient, with the subway nearby, so you can easily get wherever you need to go. A big plus is the kitchen where you can cook your own meals. Just remember to wash your dishes! Thanks to the host for their hospitality ❤️

Stayed here for 5 nights on Bunk Bed room, it is 5 minutes walk from Kita-Senju train station. I believe this is the best option if you looking for non-capsule affordable stay in Tokyo area, though it takes 20-30 minutes from Tokyo Station by train. The room was clean, the shared bathroom is also clean, the public area also looks nice, there is microwave and washing machine that you can use freely. The neighborhood is so calm and quiet at night, and lot of food choices near this hotel. The manager also is nice and helpful. Definitely would come back, very recommended!

It was a great place, the neighborhood is super good, there is a metro station that connects with shibuya in about 30 minutes, a lot of convenience stores nearby and the house is really clean, the host is a really nice guy and you can ask him for any kind of help and is willing to do it, overall I would highly recommend this place and definitely will come back if I ever go back to Tokyo
