The unit is spacious and clean. Unfortunately the washing machine kept giving E04 message. The surrounding has everything, from decent restaurants like gyoza, tonkatsu etc, and massage chairs after a long walk, to craft shops like beads. Even have a Yamamoto shop to arrange luggage delivery just across the street. And many supermarkets nearby. Subway and JR train stations are within mins walk. Was staying at 3rd floor. If can be higher than 6th, would have nice unblock viee

The location is excellent, close to everything. It's just one stop from Akita Station, and the subway entrance is only about 100-200 meters away. The room is quite spacious. Besides the two single beds, there's an additional tatami room where you can lay out futons for two more people. The futons, blankets, and pillows for the tatami room are all stored in the closet. It's very convenient. There are many eateries in the small alleys nearby. Right at the entrance, there's a Lawson convenience store, and across the street is a supermarket. Although the hotel doesn't include breakfast, there's a kitchen, so you can buy milk, eggs, fruit, and bread from the supermarket across the street and prepare your own meals. There's also a bakery not far away with delicious bread. The kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, microwave, induction cooktop, pots, pans, and tableware. The supermarket across the street feels very Japanese. The milk is tasty, the eggs are good, and the apples are delicious – definitely worth checking out.

Great choice for a family of three! The room is spacious, with a section that can be used as a separate small room. The facilities are quite new, and two subway lines are just a few minutes' walk away, making it very convenient for getting around. There's also a supermarket right across the street, which is a huge plus.

Traveling with a family of three, spacious accommodations are a must. Japanese hotels are typically under 20 square meters, so finding one over 30 square meters is quite rare. This one is also conveniently located at Asakusabashi Station, very close to Ginza and Akihabara. As an apartment-style hotel, it came with a laundry room and a kitchen, making it feel just like home. The amazing part was that our child, who usually doesn't like sleeping alone, actually slept on the top bunk for three nights straight – it was fantastic! Downstairs, there are several subway stations, and supermarkets and convenience stores are everywhere. It was a truly delightful experience, and I'll definitely choose this place again on my next trip to Tokyo.

This was my first time booking a serviced apartment, and it was perfect for our family of three for seven days. The room was spacious, and the kitchen was well-equipped with a microwave, toaster oven, induction cooktop, and even a rice cooker. There were also some basic pots, pans, and dishes, plus a large refrigerator, which made it super convenient to buy groceries and cook our own breakfast and dinner. The soundproofing in the apartment was excellent; we didn't even realize it was raining outside! It's a short 5-minute walk from Asakusabashi Station, and the area itself is quite peaceful. The only downside is that it's a bit far from the main shopping districts, so there isn't much to do or see around in the evenings.

It’s great to have families for the hotel. Big spaces and helpful staff. We really enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic place to stay with family and kids. Can borrow the switch to play, supermarket right opposite the hotel, near to train stations, good selection of food nearby! Will definitely come again!

The location is excellent, and the Asakusabashi station is nearer than what Google Maps showed, so it is great! It is also near (just less than 30m) 2 convenience stores and a decent grocery store . All amenities are provided. All in all it is a great base to travel anywhere in Tokyo.

Nice place , liked it. Service is according to trend minimalistic but very friendly and complaisant. Close to two metro lines which makes city exploring easy.

The apart-hotel is located just 3 minutes walk from the west exit of the JR train station. Our room was very clean, quiet, and well organised. The kitchen was well equipped with an induction hob, a toaster, and a small kettle. The reception was helpful and friendly.
