I came to Tokyo to lead a team for a karate competition, so it was essential to stay somewhere close to the venue for convenience. This hotel was a great all-around choice, especially with many families bringing children. The price wasn't too expensive, the room size wasn't too small, and the hygiene was good. The location is decent, right next to Shibuya Parco, about a 12-minute walk from Shibuya Station. If you're okay with that distance, it's quite convenient. All in all, it's pretty standard, but its good location is definitely a plus.

Nice view from the window! Quiet in the hotel which can be relaxing after the busy streets outside, nice burger shop connecting to it. Prime location if you want to stay in the Shibuya area.

Second stay here, and the service was much worse than the first time. When we were leaving, I asked the front desk to call a taxi, and their attitude was terrible. We almost missed our flight/train.
