Hotel Lumiere Kasai Reviews

The room felt pretty good, and it was thoroughly cleaned. It was very spacious for two people. I stayed for five days and got some good rest. Although there were guests from different countries, everything was generally orderly. It seemed there was no free water in the room, and breakfast was very basic with limited choices. However, considering the price, it was reasonable. There's a direct bus to Disney from Kasai Station, and the driver will ask you where you're going, which is a bit different from central Tokyo.

This hotel is super close to Kasai Station, which makes getting to Disneyland incredibly convenient. There's a dedicated Disneyland shuttle bus stop right near the JR station, and it gets you there in about half an hour. Personally, I found taking the bus from the hotel much easier than taking the JR. They offer a breakfast service – it's not a huge variety, but it's enough to fill you up. Plus, there are drugstores, convenience stores, and tons of great restaurants nearby. All in all, this hotel is an excellent choice if you're planning a trip to Disneyland.

It was super convenient to get to Disneyland the next day as there's a direct bus. There are also some great dining options near the bus stop. It's much more convenient than staying in Maihama or Tokyo. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit Disneyland.

Check-in was smooth, and overall, it was a great stay. The room was small but had everything I needed. I originally planned to stay for 3 days, but then I got lazy about moving my luggage to another hotel, so I extended my stay for another 5 days. I couldn't extend online, so I did it at the front desk. My requests were mostly met. The breakfast was sufficient since I don't eat too much anyway. The DHC products at the front desk were more moisturizing than my own skincare, so I completely stopped using my own products afterward. Tokyo is quite dry here.

Chance upon this hotel on a last minute trip to Tokyo. It was priced fairly affordable and it’s near to Kasai Station which is perfect. To be near a bus station that has an express bus to Disney Resort was a bonus. Hotel staffs are warm and friendly. Some are able to speak English fairly well making communication easy. Room size is ok for twin sharing. Breakfast is basic but will fill an empty stomach full. I will definitely choose this hotel again the next time I plan to go to Disney Resort.

The room was huge! It's very close to the subway station, with a 7-Eleven and McDonald's nearby. We stayed here to go to Disney, but getting to downtown Tokyo only takes about an hour, which is totally acceptable considering how affordable and spacious the room is. Just a short walk from the hotel is the bus stop for Disney, and the buses run on time. In the evening, it was also very easy to find the bus back to the hotel from Disney. Super convenient! The room I booked included breakfast, which perfectly met my needs.

Great location, with plenty going on around. The hotel breakfast is more of a simple American-style meal. Facilities are complete, and it's very convenient for getting to Disneyland.

Have stayed here multiple times and it never disappoints! Very close to Disneyland and has a bus to Narita/haneda airport.

Aside from the slightly out-of-the-way location, everything else was great; the service was truly excellent.

We really enjoyed our time here! The hotel is just a short walk from Kasai Station and surrounded by plenty of local and international restaurants, plus convenience stores. The service was fine, and if you book about a month ahead, you can get the best price. Every room comes with breakfast, but if you stay for a while, you’ll notice the menu doesn’t change. It would be great if they offered a different selection each day of the week.

The hotel is very close to Kasai station, very convenient. Room cleaning service was good, lobby staff are polite and friendly. The breakfasts are the same every day, not a large variety of dishes.

The hotel is close to metro and bus stops, easy for access to Tokyo city centre and the airports by bus or train. The room was pleasant enough but would have benefitted from a bit more storage space. Service and staff were good and always helpful when we asked for information. Our only gripe was breakfast, limited options and the hot food was so salty and oily it was barely edible. The breads/croissants and cereals were good though, so we didnt go hungry. Overall we enjoyed our 5 night stay at the Lumiere

The hotel is about a 5-minute walk from Kasai Station, and the bus stop is diagonally opposite the train station. In the morning, you can take a bus from platform 10 to DisneySea. In the evening, when returning, turn left from the DisneySea exit, walk through the DisneySea subway station to the South Bus Station, and go to platform 9 (make sure you don't go the wrong way). The breakfast was adequate, nothing special, just enough to fill up. The room was a bit small, only enough space to lay out one 28-inch suitcase flat. DHC skincare samples are available for self-service at the front desk. There are direct shuttle buses to both Haneda and Narita airports, making it suitable for families visiting Disney. The closest shopping areas are Nihonbashi and Ginza, which are fairly convenient to reach by subway.
