Room was quite “big” for Tokyo standards, the hotel and the room seemed quite old, but it was clean, had all the amenities, there were just a noise from some sort of machine from time to time at our room.

The room is so small, toilet even smaller! and everything looks so ancient, they are still using National (Panasonics now). But overall it was a good stay.

Good place to stay nearby for anything there’s a convinience store at the side..

The only good thing about this place is its convenient location; otherwise, I wouldn't recommend it at all.

The hotel is located near Shinjuku-sanchome subway station, about a 7-8 minute walk away. It's quite convenient for getting around with many subway lines nearby, some of which aren't too crowded. There are convenience stores and 100-yen shops around, and a fast-food restaurant right across the street. It feels like an older hotel, but it's quite clean. The bathroom is typically Japanese, meaning it's on the smaller side. We booked a twin room, and there was enough space to open one suitcase. In summary, if you're looking for a place with convenient transportation and don't want to spend too much, you could give this a try.

Staffs were friendly. On the rainy day, they will have umbella to borrow freely.

Good value. Location is good unless you want to be in the middle of the busiest areas. If you like walking, very easy to get to the station, entertainment areas etc..

This was probably the smallest hotel I stayed in during my japan trip, but honestly given the location& price I can't complain. This if not a luxurious hotel experience but it is a safe, secure & clean hotel in a great location & we payed a very reasonable price, would recommend

Some people complain, but I'm never disappointed with Japanese hotels. It's small, but clean and tidy. The price is also reasonable. Satisfied.

The staff were incredibly warm, responsible, and very helpful to guests. The hotel's location in Shinjuku is excellent, with convenient transportation. Since the hotel is a bit older, there was a lingering smoke smell in the smoking room. I'd recommend guests sensitive to smoke choose a non-smoking room.

Room was really small. The kettle didn’t work, and the bedsheet had stains. Also, there’s a construction going on right outside of the place, and they start all sorts of drilling in the morning. The staff was also very unfriendly. Despite its location, I wouldn’t recommend the place to anyone. For those who drive: They have 2 parking slots - 1,500Yen per night - in the entire hotel, and it can only be reserved by calling the hotel landline. I tried to call a couple of times, but they never returned the call. Thank god it was available when we got there. If not, idk where I could have possibly parked in such an expensive city.

Price is attractive. Location is pretty good as it is walking distance to 2 train stations (shinjuku gyoemmae and shinjuku san chome). Not luxurious, but very decent place to stay.

The hotel's location is excellent, and the rooms are clean and tidy.
