I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help, which made the experience feel very welcoming. My room was spotless, comfortable, and well-designed, with all the essentials provided. The amenities, especially the breakfast buffet and lounge areas, were impressive and added real value to my stay. The location was convenient, close to local attractions and easy transport links. Overall, the atmosphere was calm and relaxing, making it perfect for both leisure and business travel. I would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and great service.

I think my biggest issue was having to get everything out of my capsule every morning. In a multiple night stay, it would have been handy to be able to keep chargers and toiletries in there. The other issue was the laundry facilities. They could have twice as many washers and dryers and they would still be all constantly busy. Staff were mostly good, but I never saw them anywhere except the reception.

Well firstly, this is a very good location as it is right in the heart of Tokyo, very exciting and sophisticated nightlife. For the stay wise it is quite ok, facilities wise is average, apart from the location I actually enjoy more of the shower. I don’t spend much time there most of the time I’m outside except for sleeping and shower. The price was good considering the location and convenience! Overall it was good!

My second time staying here in the same year. So far this capsule hostel is still accomodating me when I need a sudden place to stay. Overall was okay.

There are makeup remover and facial cleanser in the bathroom. Overall, it’s not bad for a backpacker staying up for a night. You pay what you pay for.

Honestly your experience would depend on which capsule you sleep in. I was lucky to sleep at the end of a corridor. But if you sleep near the entrance, shower room or the locker room, you'll always hear people walking around. Generally, I think most people during my stay were civil and stayed quiet at night, but again that depends on luck. The best thing was that the location was extremely convenient. It was close to a metro station and the streets around were bustling with people and filled with shops and restaurants. Definitely not for everyone, but if you need a cheap place to stay for a night or two, you can try this out.

Great location, lovely staff, free sauna, spacious capsule...and VERY cheap! Definitely my first choice in Japan

The ventilation is weak as there is only central air con with low speed circulation. Expect room temp to be 24 degree, you might not use the blanket. The location is excellent, next to the Main Street and not noisy at all. It offers 2 public hot baths and 1 cold bath. Very convenient when you need a nap mid day.

Good for tourism

I reserved a room in this hotel last week, the staff was very out going. Even if the bed are small you dont feel overwhelmed, I recommend this place

worst travel experience i have had in my whole life, i could only compare this experience with being on a prision. and *** with the daily checkout at 11am i got sick during my stay and couldn’t remain in my room while feeling like i was dying, between this and the net cafe around the corner i would pick the net cafe
