Great location, though the rooms are small and the amenities are basic. For a budget hotel, it offers good value for money. The surrounding area is very convenient, close to Yanaka Ginza, and it's nice and quiet. The only downside is that the rooms are indeed tiny.

I paid nearly 700 for this hotel, and they put me in a basement room. It was really basic and felt so cramped. Plus, you have to check out by 10 AM or pay extra, which is just not worth it. Everyone, be aware!

Every time I visit Tokyo, I stay here. The location is convenient and the environment is nice.

The front desk staff were helpful and could communicate in English. However, the dryer and washing machine weren't very useful. The surrounding area is a quiet residential neighborhood with plenty of convenience stores and supermarkets nearby. It's also less than a five-minute walk to the subway station.

The hotel's facilities are quite outdated, looking like something from the bubble economy era. The room was small, but I could still open my suitcase and there was a narrow path to walk through. It's very close to Sendagi Station, but a bit of a walk to Nippori. The carpet had a moldy smell that gave me a headache. The bathroom was acceptable.
