Wow! This place blew my mind. Perfect location, close to the metro/toei line. Very clean. Spacious bathroom and OK size of the room. Nice service. Very friendly. Will consider staying here again!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and close to subway station. Check in time is strict. Would stay again in the future.

Clean and polite staff. The location was not that good as Shinjuku station was like 15 min away on foot. The price is reasonable.

This hotel is less than 5 minutes away to 2 subways. Main Isetan mall and nearby shops are about 15-20 minutes walk away. Many foods and nightlife about 10-15 minutes walk away which is hidden from the main road.

Wasn't as close to Shinjuku station as expected. We had to walk a fair bit. That said, there was another line that was right beside the hotel so that was great. Amenities were also great as usual.

Great value for money, especially considering the perfect location. It's ideal for exploring the area with everything within walking distance. The only downside is that the rooms are a bit small, but for the price and location, it’s still a great choice. Overall, highly recommend for a short stay!

Very convenient location as it is just besides the B2 exit of higashi shinjuku station. It is easy to get around to sibhuya station, roponggi , asakusa all within half hour of travelling time. There are also plenty of options to find food nearby the hotel. Room is rather small though, you can't open 2 lugagges inside the room.

This hotel was in the perfect spot in Shinjuku—close to convenience stores, late-night food options, and the train station. Quick check in thru the check in kiosk. Staff was friendly and quick response. The amenities on the first floor were great. Will come back again if I plan to stay at Shinjuku area.

The only concern is the carpet and the smell maybe they need deodorizer in the room.

Great location with subway right beside. Rooms are small but that’s common in Japan. There is luggage service for those who need storage a day before checking out but doesn’t provide service for guests who have stayed and require for one night after checking out. I would recommend as this is an affordable option.

Very comfortable stay and staff were very helpful. Not exactly in the middle of Shinjuku but it’s only a short walk and there are restaurants and shops around the hotel too.
