Typical budget business hotel. Yes it’s a bit dated but got all you need at a fair price. Note that the main entry of the hotel closes between 1-4am. It didn’t affect me at all. Staff were nice and helpful.

Good location, nice staff, a few steps to get into the lobby. The room is a very good size in Japan standard but a little dark tho. Quite good over all!

Traffic is very convenience and the room service is good. The room view is ok.

The location is very closed to the train station, just few minutes walk and close to everything. Just a little confusing that the checkin isnt at the first floor and doesnt have sign

Room is spacious, but decoration is very old, i.e. wall paper is old style and a bit yellow. No facilities at all but reception staff is friendly. There is one convenient store nearby and close to all rails stations,like JR, skyliner and metro, location is very good.

Overall a good budget hotel. Good hotel for business traveler.

It's a 5-minute walk from Ueno Station. The location is very good and close to Ueno Ami Pedestrian Street. The only thing I'm not satisfied with is that it costs 500 yen to store luggage (1 piece) for one day.

It's average, the room is good. The location is convenient and close to Ueno Park (strongly recommended).

What a friendly hotel, with a great price and location. Rooms perhaps a bit dated but fits the atmosphere. Slept well and no noise from the nightlife in the area. Various restaurants and supermarkets in the area. A few minutes walk from exit 2-3 Ueno Station. The hotel is known to locals, I was probably the only foreigner. Helpful staff, you can ask for a kettle at reception. I would definitely return here on a next visit to Tokyo.

The station is not too far away, so it would be a good place to stay!

The hotel is relatively old and requires a key to open the door. It is about a 5-minute walk from Ueno Subway Station and there is a 711 next to it.

The facilities are clean and friendly. It's close to Ueno, which is nice. However, it's noisy when you sleep, which can't be helped because it's near a busy area. I stayed for a day and it seemed pretty good.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.
