We stayed here for a short relaxing trip before visiting Disneyland. The hotel was comfortable and convenient, making it a nice place to rest before a full day at the park. Overall, a pleasant stay and good value for money.

I've stayed at this hotel many times. The service is excellent, and the view from the window is beautiful, with a clear view of the Tokyo Skytree, which is even more stunning at night. There's a large supermarket and a drugstore nearby, along with various restaurants. On the way to the subway station, there are many ramen and sushi shops, and I've tried them all, haha. I really like this hotel and will definitely keep staying here.

Great ambiance, well-equipped facilities. The hotel even has a pool, and the rooms are quite spacious, tidy, and clean. All daily necessities are provided. Service is decent, making it a suitable hotel for families with children.

The room was a bit small, and it's a bit far from the subway station. However, the overall stay was good, and there's a convenience store conveniently located at the parking lot entrance/exit.

Excellent stay! The room was spotless, and the view was fantastic – we could even see the tower from our window. The location is super convenient, and the breakfast spread was really impressive. Definitely great value for money and highly recommended!

The location is in further prefecture to the more popular spots which is a good thing. Koto city does not have the same charm as Shinagawa or the places to eat later at night before midnight but it is quiet. If you want a taste of quiet older 80s/90s Japan this is it. The rooms were spacious enough but were old and smelled old. There was a beautiful pool but unfortunately as with most Japanese hotels there was a fee to enter the pool. We booked this hotel to cool off but at $45-$65 a person per visit to the pool we opted not to. I believe locals get a preferred rate. The staff were professional but quite rude at times and were not very accommodating. They insisted on writing down every detail of our credit card including CVC, numbers and expiry. I understand taking a card imprint or taking a swipe for a deposit but I have never encountered one where they needed to take information that could be used online. In our 2 week stay no other hotel asked for this and this hotel was quite rude when asked for clarification.

Upon checking in, the male front desk staff was incredibly friendly, always smiling as he explained everything and answered my questions. I was lucky enough to get upgraded to a deluxe twin room, and the shower was super spacious. They also gave me a complimentary cocktail voucher for the top-floor bar, where I could enjoy the night view of the Skytree. Every staff member I encountered in the hallways greeted me loudly and cheerfully. The hotel left me with wonderful memories.

Clean hotel, nice view and friendly staff. Supermarket next door, close to bus and train line. Only issue certain dates pool availability is only 1pm to 5pm and no children under 16 after 5pm. This make it extremely difficult to utilise the pool at the end of a day. The cost to use the pool was very expensive $120 AUD for 1 x Adult and 2 x Child per use.

This hotel seems more popular among locals. Dated but okay. Has bus to disneyland and airport. Quite convenient if travelling to these places. Around the hotel theres nice food.

Comfortable, clean, and with beautiful views. The transportation is very convenient; there are airport shuttle buses to both Narita and Haneda terminals, and a free shuttle to Shin-Kiba Station, which makes getting to the International Exhibition Center very easy.

The hotel is nice and located in a peaceful area with shops and restaurants. Metro stop 10 min walk

Hotel is nice and has big rooms. Its my 2nd stay in the hotel. The only problem is the location. It is a bit far from the nearest subway station. Area is quiet and not touristy area. The hotel compound has grocery and restaurants thats why it somewhat compensates its location. Value for money!
