Be sure to eat before you come, there aren't many restaurants nearby. There is a convenience store, though. It was nice that the room was spacious and clean. It's a bit far from Shimbashi Station. I'd like to go again.

Although it was a 10-minute walk from Shimbashi Station, I thought the location wasn't bad. It was quiet and good for a solo stay, and I liked that there were many restaurants nearby. The room was quite small, so it was difficult to open a suitcase.

It was okay. The room was a bit small, not as big as I expected, but the service was really good. The front desk staff were all very welcoming. The water pressure for showering and laundry was excellent, making for a very comfortable wash. Plus, they offer luggage storage after check-out.

Second time staying here. There's a smoking area at the convenience store three minutes away, and upstairs there's a coin laundry and free water/tea/coffee. The coffee machine is excellent.

Was choosing a budget hotel a mistake? ㅠ It's incredibly small, and the bathroom is tiny as well...... The location is also really, really bad...... I chose this area because of DisneySea and Kamakura, but Shibuya or Shinjuku would have been much better. It's about a 15-minute walk from the station.

The hotel's location in Shimbashi made me worried it would be noisy, but the area around the hotel was surprisingly quiet and pleasant. The free coffee maker and water dispenser in the hotel were very convenient. I would definitely like to stay here again.

The room was compact but had a chic, cohesive feel. The complimentary Costa coffee was a very convenient and welcome touch.

The hotel's coffee is excellent. They also have laundry facilities (washer and dryer). The location is convenient yet very quiet, which is great for families with children. However, getting to attractions that kids enjoy might be more convenient by taxi. The room is quiet, but the space is a bit small. It's probably more suitable for children who can shower independently.

The front desk staff were helpful, and the room was clean, making it a very pleasant hotel stay. I'm extremely satisfied. Just one small suggestion: if the hairdryer had a bit more power, considering how good the other amenities are, I'm sure women (and even I, as a man) would appreciate it even more.

The room was quite small as normal in Japan. This location was very quiet, walked a bit to restaurants.

The hotel is a bit far from Shimbashi Station, which made commuting difficult. It was a hassle getting back to the hotel, and even finding a convenience store was a trek. I especially don't recommend it in the hot summer.

The hotel is not bad and would be suitable for 1-3 nights. However, the rooms are very small and very dark. It's really dark in the room! The entire interior is done in dark colors, and the ceilings are low, which creates a压抑(oppressive) feeling. It's almost impossible to assess the cleanliness of the room due to the darkness and dim lighting. And if they tell you that small rooms are normal for Japan, don't believe it! In all other hotels, we had rooms that were standard for Europeans, even spacious ones. The rooms in this hotel are indeed tiny. We will not be staying here next time.

The amenities were great, and having a coffee machine and water dispenser on the 12th floor was super convenient! The room was a bit small, but it was clean!
