The hotel is just a few minutes' walk from Iriya Station's Exit 3. Self-check-in is a breeze, and the electronic passcode for entry instead of a key is super convenient. I booked room 502, and there was plenty of space to open three suitcases fully. While there's a self-service laundry shop just a minute or two away, it would be even better if every room, like room 501, had its own washing machine.
