AVOID THIS ACCOMMODATION !!! Before my arrival, I emailed to inquire about early check-in, as my flight arrived very early in the morning. My request was refused, even though I was willing to pay extra. The reason given was that cleaning couldn't be scheduled in advance. I then asked to leave my luggage at the hotel or in my room until the scheduled check-in time of 4 PM. This request was also refused. As a result, I had to wait outside for 6 hours, stuck with my luggage in a café after a 13-hours flight, and none of my requests were accepted. This was unacceptable! They are neither accommodating nor flexible; no matter what you ask, it's automatically refused! At 4 PM, I finally got my room, and go a surprise, the cleaning was sloppy. Dust and other debris on the floor, the carpet also, the walls dirty in places, the shower door filthy, the bathroom vent full of dust. I'm allergic to dust, I suffered from allergy attacks throughout my entire stay. I had to buy cleaning wipes to disinfect everything and vacuum! The bedding was a disaster; I've never experienced anything like it before. This is the first time I've ever encountered such a deplorable place like this one. The tiny bathtub is only suitable for a child, not an adult. It's impossible to take a bath. The office chair is wobbly; it's impossible to sit on it. The ventilation system makes an infernal noise 24/7, making it impossible to sleep. The washing machine has no instructions in English. No hot water on the last night, so I had to take a cold shower! As a result, I had a terrible stay in this accommodation where I felt completely uncomfortable. I sincerely hope I don't bring bedbugs or cockroaches home in my suitcase, given the questionable hygiene! If I could have been reimbursed, I would have immediately changed accommodations and booked a hotel nearby. The only positive point is the neighborhood, with convenience stores (kombini) nearby and a metro station a 5-minute walk away. So don't trust the positive reviews, which are almost certainly fake to improve the image of this establishment. Personally, I will never set foot in one of their establishments again!

Absolutely terrible mattresses and pillows. I stayed in 2 different rooms and they were not supportive. Only get 2 pillows for a double bed. Towels are a bit old. Had trouble checking in and the email response was slow. Lucky I had worked my way out and got a cleaner (real person) to assist. My room stank of the last guest. I had to spray the room with my own spray. My pillows also stank. Despite having a kitchenette, there’s very limited bench space. Location is good. Has the basics especially when one is travelling and needs a place to rest. No luggage storage facilities. Has vacuum cleaner in room

The location is just nice, near the metro station also. All the amenities are great and the environment is clean also but the deco plants are a bit dusty. Hopefully it can be removed. The ramen shop nearby is damn nice!

No slipper provided. Room was not clean; there’s a dirty sock at the corner of the room behind the fake plant and convenient store receipts dated a week ago under the bed when to first in the room. We have to spend 20 mins to vacuum and wipe the floor and clean the toilet ourself. Also quite dusty, and the room has a strong Middle Eastern perfume smell. The cotton inside the blanket is not even, so it is not warm at all.
