The staff is very nice and friendly. The facilities is sufficient with laundry, free tooth brush and so on. Even though the location is quite convenient with 5 minutes walk to the mtr station, it is close to the ************ region.

Location is convinced because it close to subway. Room quite small not suitable for couple or family. Price is quite high compared to room space. Overall is ok to stay.

Good location for single traveler. Near Tokyo metro subway and speed train to Narita airport (keisei skyliner).

The hotel's location is excellent; it's in the heart of Ono Square, the last metro stop from Narita Airport, about an hour and a half from the airport, and a 7-minute walk to the hotel. All the markets are right at your feet. I enjoyed my stay.

I stayed here for one night to do some last-minute shopping before heading back home. The hotel's location is super convenient, right next to Ueno Park, with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. The room was a bit small, but perfectly fine for one person. It was a bit noisy at night, but I got some earplugs from the front desk and slept pretty well. The new building across the street looks great, but the old building is more affordable, offering good value for money. However, I've noticed a significant decline in Japan's cleanliness lately. There are a lot of people smoking on the streets, and I saw cigarette butts on the ground, which wasn't the case ten years ago.

Centurion Hotel Ueno was a complete disappointment, falling short of basic hospitality standards. The deception started right at check-in: the room was explicitly advertised and booked as a "Casual Double Bed," but what we actually received was a cramped single bed. This blatant misrepresentation immediately compromised the comfort of our stay. The lack of care extended into the bathroom, which was a major letdown. The sink and shower area were marred by very bad, visible marks that made the entire space feel neglected and unhygienic. For a hotel that positions itself in a convenient location like Ueno, the absolute disregard for accurate room descriptions and rigorous housekeeping is unacceptable.

Strategic location and easy access to metro/JR Station, shopping streets, malls, restaurants, etc.

The hotel is easy to access, just 6 min walk from Keisei Ueno station. We are arranged a room to annex building after check-in. I chose room with a bunk bed, though only 14 m sq, more space for picking things. Overall the stay is nice.

Staff are so helpful and more than willing to answer to all our queries. Location is great and the place is clean and well maintained.

Honestly i really love the hotel despite the sizing of the room, it was super near to the subway line like 2/3 mins walk. Near to convenience store and everything. Definitely will stay here if im coming again

Nice stay. Near to many places like ueno park, skyliner and jr train stations, ameyoko street, family mart just down stairs, lawson and 7 eleven also around the area. Very convenient.
