Very good rooms and service and drop off transportation to the airport.

great location, near to the train station, but at the hotel is bit old

Staff is very helpful and the hotel is right next to JR Ueno station.

The main attraction of this hotel is being just a few minutes walk from Ueno Station. The room are clean and quite big for a single room. Basic hotel for use as a base to explore Tokyo.

Best location and near Ueno station. The facility is old and the room size is small. The service is satisfactory.

The location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from the Nuevo metro station, with numerous restaurants and museums nearby. It's ideal for tourists who enjoy shopping and exploring on foot but don't plan to spend much time relaxing at the hotel.

Good location for commuting by train. Room size is not too small, we can open 2 luggages easily. Hotel provides all the daily amenities. More importantly, staffs (in evening shift) that we talked too are all very nice with a great service mind. The only con side is sometimes you can hear some noise on the street. Overall Recommeded!

Very close to station and good service

The staff are well spoken Japanese, They have water and an ice dispatching machine at the lobby so it's very convenient to refill it before your day. Location is very great, Go out from JR Ueno central Exit and Look on the Left you can see the Hotel Sign.

The location is perfect, just in front of the station. But the highlight of the hotel is the staff, everyone is very kind and helpful. Thank you for everything!

Room is small. Its far from station. Hotel front desk is terrible. Will.never stay here again.
