The staff were very kind and helpful, which made my stay feel very secure and comfortable. The amenities were also excellent and plentiful. I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary ochazuke (rice with tea) service in the evening – it was delicious!

The room is super small Not recommend for a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 babies) They have bigger room but still cant fit your luggages But location wise strategic

After running a marathon, I wanted to extend my stay until 1 PM, but they refused and wouldn't even let me pay for a half-day. Most hotels at least let you extend until 12 PM.

If you travel with big luggage and long holiday is very inconvenient. The room are too small and not so comfortable to stay

I absolutely loved this hotel. It's impeccably clean and tidy. The double bed in my single room was very comfortable. While the room wasn't huge, it featured a convenient dry/wet separated bathroom. They even have a hot spring bath (onsen) on B1! The breakfast was nutritious and well-rounded, afternoon tea is complimentary for guests, and they even offer complimentary Ochazuke (rice with tea) from 8 PM to 10 PM. It's truly compact and charming, yet incredibly well-equipped. The location is fantastic, very close to Akabane Station. Just exit the East ticket gate, walk straight across the road, and turn at Don Quijote – it's right there. From Akabane, it's incredibly convenient to reach Ueno, Ikebukuro, and other key areas along the Yamanote Line. For Haneda Airport, you just need to transfer once at Shinbashi for a direct connection. Overall, it's a hotel with excellent value for money, perfect for solo travelers on a short trip to Tokyo. I'll definitely be back next time!

The hotel room is nice with a spacious balcony. Overall is good and its located in a very convenient area , convenient stores located just down stairs the hotel .

Just regular business hotel like Apa. Good breakfast, small room. As expected

Front desk service is very poor. They all have no service mind and also for the cleaning room policy, there’s no room cleaning when I requested and there’s no notification about cleaning policy before I reserved for this hotel. Moreover, when I asked for water bottle, one of your employee seem so annoyed that I request 2 water bottles and I can feel that she didn’t really want to gave me. She has no service mind at all. The way she answered me with annoying face shows that she has no manner for service.

Many small details were overlooked in the room. The surrounding area felt quite run-down, with nothing much to explore nearby. The breakfast was decent. Overall, considering the lobby, facilities, service, and rooms, the hotel only met a 3-star (average) standard.

Hotel location is so convenient, 2 mins walk next to the train station.  The price per night is certainly very reasonable.

This hotel offers good value for money, and its location near Akabane Station makes getting around very convenient. There's a very small *** downstairs, but we didn't experience any major safety concerns. They only have one washing machine, and you'll need to bring your own laundry detergent.
