Good location good service and good capsules

Stayed for one night. Easy check in and check out, staff very helpful when asked any questions!

Overall, the location is good and services also good as they provides all the necessary things. Good to booked if you are travelling alone.

The location is on the up hill, limited stores nearby. About 3mins walk to nearest convienin stores/restaurantes. A little bit expensive for capsule hotel but concidering location at shibuya, its make sence for limited buget. The bed & pillow were excellent, even more confort than hotel. earplugs were povided which is rare service for similar hostle/hotel.

Amazing location close to Shibuya crossing. However, there was only 1 working shower for about 30 beds which was rather inconvenient.

The hostel is quite dated, there is no communal space other than the smoking area, there is also a very strong smell of toilet and water in the hostel. For the price, it’s ok but not the best hostel choice in Tokyo

If you are looking tor privacy, this is not the place for you because you won’t be able to sleep comfortably if you have roommates right beside your bunker. The capsule is three blocks away from Shibuya Crossing and two blocks away from the train station so you need to prepare to walk because you will be very tired when you arrive both locations. I was disappointed when the staff even did not help me carry my luggage to the ground floor when I was checked in at the 3F. There is little space for you to store your belongings and the hallways in the 3F smelled like piss I would give this bunker type capsule at least 1 star for my 6 night stay

Better than expectations

Place is good

The lady at the front desk was the only one who could speak Japanese to a level that I could understand among the four capsule hotels I booked. She was really good at taking care of foreigners and knew how to speak so that they could understand. Instead of roughly dividing the guests into those who can speak Japanese and those who can't, because for many people who break into a foreign language environment for the first time, they are not actually unable to communicate, but they become frustrated because they can't get used to this mode and this environment immediately. In this case, it really requires a patient and insightful person who can quickly find out the other party's language ability through one or two questions and answers, and immediately adopt communication methods such as changing words and slowing down the speed to make the whole process smooth. Isn't this a superb working ability?

The location is good and bad, about 12-15 minutes walk from the metro station. However, it was on the ramp up and it was tiring. It's even more tiring if you're pulling a big suitcase, plus the hostel is liftless, so moving luggage and food is dead. Better to have a few things to praise: the bed is large, and comfortable, soundproofing is quite good, and it has free water to drink there, which is good.
