4.7/5OutstandingBest hotel to stay at especially if you’re planning on taking a trip to Disneyland or DisneySea, I found it very convenient that the Bayside Station was literally across the street from the hotel and within 2 stops I was already at DisneySea. Will be booking here again!

4.5/5ExcellentExcellent customer service in every department. Happy room worked well for us. But the restaurants onsite are silly expensive, considerably more than in Disneyland itself. Best to eat before returning to the hotel. There is a Lawson convenience store in the hotel that is very good but after Disney closes the lines are insane, I saw over 50 people in line on 12/28/22 at 9:30pm. Otherwise the staff were great, they work very hard. During our five night stay I saw many international guests being rude and impatient. Staff handled every situation professionally. As a long term resident of Japan I must say I am seriously impressed.

4/5Very GoodStayed in this hotel coz of esports tournament. Organiser booked for all teams. Price was a bit steep and there’s not much I can do unless I’m going to Disneyland. 1 hour traveling time if you wanna go to town. Service staffs are trained very well. Cleanliness is very good. 1 of those hotels that really check on cleanliness and room cleaning superb 👍🏻Staffs were very well mannered and helpful. Hotel uses Crabtree & Evelyn products. You don’t need to bring your own. Enjoyed my stay thoroughly.
