This compact hotel is perfect for solo travelers, but it might feel a bit cramped for two people. It's super convenient, just a one-minute walk from Sanjiwa Island Station. Right across the street, you'll find Sukiya, 7-Eleven, and Ohsho, plus plenty of other great local eateries worth checking out.

The hotel's location is close to the subway station, and the bathroom was larger than I expected. However, the room itself was quite small, and the TV was old, only supporting 720p. Watching YouTube on it was also very laggy.

The room was spotless, and the hotel's proximity to the station was a big plus. Very satisfied!

Will back here again, but walk in may be slightly cheaper

Convenient location, clean rooms, can recommend.

The bathroom is spacious and clean. Room bookshelf and some areas are dusty. Room has its own thermostat and humidifier and you can set your own room temperature. A lot of things are self service. You need to press a button at the reception to call the staff. Staff is flexible and friendly. We arrived early and because the previous guest had already checked out, he offered to take our luggage up first.

Nice stay, very spacious for Tokyo and very clean. Close to public transit. Would stay again!

Everything is good

I waited for over 5 minutes to leave my luggage, but they didn't return. When I called them, they came down with a sigh and a click of their tongue, providing extremely unpleasant service. Perhaps it was my fault for calling them, but I don't think that's the kind of attitude you expect from someone working at the reception. I was grateful that they brought my luggage to my room. Regarding the location, it was very convenient as it was close to the station and there were many supermarkets, drugstores, convenience stores, and chain restaurants nearby. If it weren't for the service incident, overall it would have been a satisfactory accommodation.

The room is in Japanese style. The bathroom is quite big. The room is quite comfortable. It is also quite close to the station. The transportation is quite convenient and the price is quite affordable.

The room was not cleaned properly, and there were long hairs all over the floor. Since I was staying alone, I put away one of the blankets and was shocked to find two pools of dried blood on the back of the blanket. I called the front desk, and the first response was very slow, and the second was that they could not proactively provide a solution and even asked me what I wanted to do. After the blankets were taken away, I found that there were faint blood stains on the tatami. I can speak Japanese and had no problem communicating with the hotel staff in Japanese throughout the whole process, but the other party responded indifferently.
