Convenient location. Although the hotel is a bit old, all the staff are very warm and provide excellent service. The blankets and slippers are very comfortable, and the soundproofing is also good. I would definitely stay here again, ten out of ten recommend!

Facing the Imperial Palace, this elegant and sophisticated hotel was a wonderful part of my stay in Tokyo. Both the service and the room were impeccable. Room service is available for breakfast, and I highly recommend the Japanese breakfast!

Overall, the service was good, though the view from my room wasn't the best. The complimentary snacks were delicious, and the hotel's location is super convenient, being within walking distance to Yurakucho and Ginza.

I had anticipated the hotel might be a bit dated, so I was pleasantly surprised upon checking in. I actually think it's much better than the Peninsula Hong Kong, and it offers more spacious rooms compared to other hotels in Tokyo at a similar price point. Its location at Hibiya Station is fantastic, making it easy to walk to Lumine, Hankyu, Ginza, and more.

What truly stands out is the hotel's excellent location – within walking distance to several popular attractions and shopping centers, making transportation incredibly convenient. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, check-in was swift and efficient, and they even thoughtfully provided us with a guide to local dining spots. Furthermore, the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, with both Chinese and Western dishes available. The freshly made noodles and baked bread were particularly memorable. In summary, this stay was perfect. Whether for business or leisure, I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and look forward to my next visit!

The service was absolutely perfect, especially the in-room dining experience which was excellent. The breakfast selection was rich and varied, and I felt like there was always someone ready to help me everywhere I went!

The hotel's location is top-notch, with direct access to the Hibiya Line right downstairs and the Imperial Palace East Garden next door. It's incredibly convenient for exploring Ginza. The room was also very spacious and luxurious, and the walk-in closet was a good size and very practical. I enjoyed what felt like a stay fit for Wang Sicong himself. On my birthday, the hotel even gave me a beautiful box of chocolates. **Facilities:** Perfect. **Hygiene:** Super clean. Even if you're out for just half a day, they'll re-clean your room. **Environment:** Located in the most expensive area of Ginza, Tokyo – it's definitely worth staying here. **Service:** Attentive and convenient.

The staff were very helpful and responsive. Aside from the slightly worn carpet, everything else was clean and tidy. The hotel is conveniently located, about a 10-minute walk from the large shopping malls in the city center.
