5/5PerfectThe staff is so helpful when we needed help to book for taxi. The location is just 5mins away from train stn and its very convenient to and fro to disneyland and disneysea.

3/5Ariake is getting far more famous than before after olympics. This hotel is not far from the train station and yurikomome line. The hotel is a bit old but still clean. Amenities slightly old. The tv is still the traditional tv which u can’t watch YouTube and stuff. But it is not expensive so it is ok.

4.5/5ExcellentNice hotel very close to the exhibition hall. Well deserved by metro and jr. Many Convenience store and restaurants in 5 min walk away. Electronic check in and out. Just missing one shuttle for the narita airport it's difficult when you left early. Nice bath water very hot.

Haven't found the right property yet?
I stayed there to go to a concert in the Ariake Arena, which was a bus/a few stops away on the train. The hotel has convenience store on the 2nd floor, which was a major plus. They were quite strict with the check in time (no early check in), but they will keep your luggage if you come early, The check in/out process were automated, it was smooth and I had a very pleasant stay.
