My stay at Prince Hotel was nothing but joyous - this hotel shines in those little things that are the most important for a comfortable trip. The whole building, from the lobby to the guest floors, is immaculate and well kept, giving a clean and cozy feeling that immediately relaxes you.
The only that I will say about this hotel is: the staff was phenomenal: every single employee was genuinely warm, enthusiastic and helpful. Their warm smiles and readiness to help made check-in and check-out and all the dealings in between easy and joyful experiences. The room was on the small side (this is standard in Tokyo) but was intelligently designed with all the basics, and the size never got in the way of our having a good time. Moreover, the daily housekeeping service was flawless – our room was meticulously cleaned every day, ensuring it remained neat and fresh throughout our stay.
Besides the tiny space, I really have nothing to complain about. This is a clean, well-run, practical hotel in a good location in Tokyo makin it a great choice for visitors to the citiy. I’d definitely stay here again and would suggest it to anyone who needs a dependable, comfortable place to stay!
