Generally quite satisfying with this hotel. Pretty clean and comfortable. The room size is quite big, big enough to open the luggage so no need to worry about the space. For the location, pretty convenient to walk from Metro station - 東池袋, can directly walk via the shopping mall to the hotel. But the distance is not that close as expected, it took about 10-15mins.
For the service, I would say the reception is not that considerate, as I asked a easy question but they refused to answer and said I can go find the answer by myself….., maybe becoz there were a lot people waiting for check in. So the service from the reception is really not so satisfying….

The location is abit far from any train station but it was link thru sunshine city shopping mall. Come during winter , the AC is central control so the room is abit stuffy so the staff offer us a standing fan. Hope they can upgrade the AC system. We do have a great view able to see the Tokyo tower

The hotel's reception staff could improve in friendliness, especially when requesting a 30-minute extension for check-out. It's important for staff to exhibit a customer-centric approach to enhance the overall guest experience.

Nothing to complain. Staff was willing to help out about limousine service when it wasn’t available. Special highlight Chen was the best staff there imo.

We reached hotel around 12+ can’t check in yet so they keep our luggage, we went out for lunch after came back and check in. My wife asked for nice view to the counter staff so he upgraded our room to 36th floor ( free of charge ). We got panoramic view, room was compact but clean and nice City view. We are happy although they didn’t clean for last day. Location was awesome, convenient store at lobby and next to shopping mall. We will come back for sure.

Very feel experience in general. The hotel is on top of a big shopping mall and convenient. A bit far away from train station. The good thing is there is a bus directly from hotel to NRT airport.

Great location, room is not big which is standard in Japan. Breakfast is way too crowded. But its location is great. Nothing much to complain about.
