3.2/5Because my flight have problem and we have been notified the hotel we had delayed one day arrive immediately. But They refuse to give any help or reimbursement for 1 night. I suggest the hotel could consider offer discount for sweet buffet or offer some drinks. Indeed, I had been marked special request for late check out and birthstone celebrations, but they didn’t give me any surprises or even tell me can’t arrange late check in. I had booked the hotel for 8 Days! And it far away from JR, almost 15mins walk.

5/5PerfectThe location of the hotel is perfect because it is so close to the train station. The hotel is inside the Sunshine City and we can easily access to the shopping mall and restaurants. I really love it. We can also catch the bus directly from the Narita airport to the hotel. We can also online book the bus tickets to leave the hotel to Haneda airport. Honestly, Ikebukuro has several big departments and lots of good restaurants. That is good enough for us to enjoy shopping and eating good food in the restaurants
