Excellent, very satisfied, two thumbs up, absolutely perfect. I'll definitely come back again, it's perfect, and I'll keep recommending it in the future. The price is great value for money and the transportation is convenient.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. We were a group of three, and the room was surprisingly spacious, which is a rare find, especially with the lovely Central Park view. The staff were friendly, and check-in was very quick. There are great restaurants and a Starbucks just across the street downstairs. The hotel also offers a convenient free shuttle bus service to Shinjuku Station.

Taking the bus directly from Haneda Airport to the hotel entrance was super convenient, costing 1400 JPY per person. The hotel lobby is grand, and the rooms are a decent size. There's a 7-Eleven and Lawson downstairs, so there's no need to book breakfast – you can just grab something from the convenience stores. Plus, the hotel offers a shuttle service to and from Shinjuku-nishiguchi subway station, making getting around very easy.

Our family trip to the Hyatt Regency Tokyo was a fantastic experience overall! The location is super convenient, making it easy to get around for shopping and sightseeing. We booked a city-view king room, and the view was great. The room was clean, tidy, and well-equipped. For a Tokyo hotel, the space was quite generous, so it didn't feel cramped with the kids. The hotel lobby had a wonderful ambiance, and the staff were polite, attentive, and responsive to our needs. The cleanliness was spot on, and the bedding was comfortable, leading to a very peaceful night's sleep. The hotel facilities are excellent, and the overall atmosphere is quiet and comfortable. It's a great choice for families, perfect for both exploring and relaxing. It's definitely worth considering for a trip to Tokyo, and we'd think about staying here again next time.

The room was quite small, basically just a place to sleep. You could open your suitcase, but it made the space feel a bit cramped. The room's amenities weren't very new. The only thing I found really practical was the spacious vanity, which was great for putting things down. However, I wouldn't say it was easy to do makeup, as the whole bathroom was quite basic, lacking a proper vanity light or mirror. Although this hotel came up as one of the top three (I think it was the first) when I searched for Shinjuku area accommodations, the closest subway station is actually Nishi-Shinjuku. It takes about a fifteen-minute walk to get to Shinjuku JR Station. There aren't many convenience stores nearby, as the hotel is located above the metropolitan government building. There were even some homeless people in the vicinity (?). The hotel staff automatically provide service in English, which made communication much smoother than in many other Japanese hotels. The guests were also predominantly Westerners. The most impressive part of the entire hotel was probably the grand lobby. Overall, the service was fine, but next time, I'd probably use a similar budget to stay at a different five-star hotel.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, offering a tranquil retreat despite being in a bustling area. The breakfast spread is rich and varied, and the service is attentive. A significant plus was the incredibly convenient check-out process.
