It is not recommended for people who make big purchases to choose this station. The hotel is comfortable and simple. Breakfast consists of two types of bread, four dishes and a potato salad. Others are beverages and soups from automatic machines. There is a free drink time before 9:00 pm. There is a mini refrigerator in the room, but unfortunately there is only one chair, and there is no room for double occupancy. The bathroom is small but has a bathtub, and the room is a password check-in.

I stayed when I returned to Japan temporarily for a legal ritual. The room is cleaner and larger than I had imagined, with a full-size kitchen and a washer / dryer. The closet is so large that it is a waste of time alone, and it is an atmosphere like a room in an apartment that you can really live here. Such kitchen hotels are often found in North America, but I don't think they are seen much in Japan yet. Tokyo costs a lot if you eat out for a long time, but this time I was able to buy ingredients at Nishitomo and Life near the hotel and cook for myself, so it was a lot of savings and saved me. It was very convenient to borrow raps in addition to cooking equipment in the kitchen. Many hotels have a washing dryer for guests in the laundry corner, but it is always crowded and often interacting. You can wash at any time if you are in each room like here. Nowadays, the weight limit of suitcases by overseas airlines is becoming stricter, and if you can wash during your stay, you will have less luggage, which is very helpful. Moreover, I was surprised that each room had a smartphone and was able to use it freely during my stay. The correspondence of the front desk 々 was also very polite. If you are a newbie westerner in Japan (tourist or just started working), I really recommend to stay your first days/months in Sakura hostel. They provide many cultural events and meetups which helped me to immerse into Japaneese culture. They are the best boost for the first days of your trip. During my 6-month stay in Japan, I lived in Shinjuku and also in Sakura Asakusa hostel. I liked Asakusa hostel's location more because it has a traditional vibe which I enjoyed. The best option for me was the fact that I could work remotely in the lobby and have my online meetings with access to coffee and tea. Toilets and bath are super clean. Our room's view was outstanding with a balcony. It was so nice they included breakfast. don't expect a fancy one. But we bought our own cereal or honey to complement it. Then you can say their breakfast is a time saver. I recommend staying at Sakura Hostel and I actually plan to go back there in the next year.

This time I stayed at the Lotte Residences Asakusa in Tokyo. I loved it because of the panda room (hahaha). What shocked me was that when I got up on the first morning, I found that there was a temple in my room (right next to it?) , there are actually (one after another tombstones) inside. Although I said ”I'm not afraid! It's a lie”, it was still a quite interesting experience! Because in Taiwan, there is no such custom of ”getting along day and night” with the tombstones~

Panda themed hotel in a very convenient location in Ueno. It is just a few minutes away by foot to the subway lines, and it is a great place as your final hotel in Japan since the Keisei Ueno station (Skyliner to Narita) is nearby as well. Check-in was easy using a self-service kiosk with the guidance of staff. We were also given a panda themed tote bag which contained stickers and two file folders. In the hallway leading to the hotel rooms there were also edits of famous art pieces with pandas, and in the room, panda sheets, cushions and a huge plush. The hotel was refurbished just a few months back so everything was spotless. Would stay here again.

The hotel is very beautiful and the room is very clean. Although it is a little smaller, it is spacious and warm compared to business hotels. There is a bakery and a snack shop selling biscuits downstairs. The hotel is behind Sensoji Temple. It is very close to the hotel. It is also not far from the Don Quijote shopping area. The only drawback is that it is close to Asakusa Station on the Tokyo Metro Asakusa Line to Narita Airport. far away! ! Especially if you are pushing luggage, you must take Exit A2b, which is at Komagata Bridge. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the hotel! Although I checked the map before traveling, I didn’t bother to check where the elevator entrance is... As a result, I have to walk a long way to push my luggage. Fortunately, there is a bus right outside the hotel. You can take the 08 or 64 bus and get off at Tobu Asakusa Station. It will be closer if you push through, or take it directly to Oshiage Station or Nippori Station and take the Narita Line. The closest station to the hotel is Asakusa Station on the Tsukuba Line. It takes about 6 or 7 minutes to walk and can go directly to Akihabara. If you want to go to Shinjuku, take the Ginza Line. There is an elevator at Exit B, which is about a ten-minute walk from the hotel. You can also take the bus coming out of the hotel, but the Ginza Line is not connected to the Asakusa Line (to Narita Airport)! In short, Tokyo is too big, and the same station name does not mean that they are in the same place. Although I have stayed in Asakusa three times, in different hotels three times, I was still confused. Many Japanese self-guided tour experts may be familiar with Tokyo, and this I hope it can help people who don't have a clue yet.
