Despite the room being small, it has all the basic necessities. My son loves the bath tub, as he could play with the bath bombs. Location is good and you don’t have to walk long way back to hotel. Many convenient stores, pastries shops, fast food and small restaurants. Quiet town, and easy to navigate. Two subway stations - JR and Metro to transit to various parts of Tokyo.

The appearance was an impression like an old hotel or condominium in western style. It is a bit old but reasonable and cospa is a good impression. The drainage of the unit bus only flows slowly, so I was a little surprised, but it was okay if I got used to it. The washlet toilet seemed to have been forced from behind, and the location of the toilet bowl and toilet seat was shifted, so it was less 々 hard to use. There are supermarkets and convenience stores right there in the hotel, and shopping is convenient. The subway station was right there, and the Yamate line Nikkori station was within walking distance, so it was there. Anyway, it is reasonable and it is attractive.

We stayed six nights at Randor Residence Tokyo Suites as a family of three people. The hotel is not in city center but with railway it takes about 20 minutes to Tokyo Station from the hotel. The building is on a quiet and clean street. It is very close to Machiya Station on Chiyoda Line which you can directly go to Harajuku-Omotosando districts. The Nishi Nippori Station of Yamanote Line is another station about 1 km and about 15 minutes of walking from the hotel. The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable with kitchen tools. The staff was very young, energetic, friendly and helpful. The nearby area of Arakawa has some good restaurants and a really nice and great Akafudado supermarket. On our next trip to Tokyo we will definitelybe looking for a room at Randor Residence Tokyo Suites.

Spacious walk from Nikkori Station. New hotel, room is placed in a small location with high density. Overall new and clean. The room is not large, but the fixtures can be stored compactly and do not feel narrow. I saw the sky tree outside the window (according to the room). The sound insulation of the window and the light shielding curtain are perfect. It is suitable for people who want to sleep even if it is bright. You can hear the sound of the corridor. The bath is an artificial hot spring. There is no bathtub in the accommodation room. Breakfast is devised with a Tokyo-like menu. There is only one elevator in the annex and attention to congestion. Stairs are not available.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this room. The room was excellent with its cleanliness and the staff members were incredibly friendly. The location was also perfect, offering convenience and accessibility. However, we must mention that there was a minor issue with the hot water pot as it had a water leakage problem. Despite reporting the issue, it unfortunately remained unresolved. Nevertheless, apart from this small inconvenience, the overall experience was fantastic, thanks to the wonderful room and ideal location.

I regularly use Sakura Hotel Nippori to do business as it has reliable wifi and great facilities. The cost is extremely reasonable and staff are helpful. The location is great, it's right in the heart of the trendy Yanesen district and very convenient for both Nippori and Sendagi stations, making it easy to get from Narita airport and travel around Tokyo. You can even visit Ueno park and its many museums on foot. The rooms are simple and clean. The restaurant has a wide variety of international cuisine and a great selection of world beers. I would equally recommend this to people traveling around Japan, or for those who need a teleworking base.

The original room was gone, Ctrip recommended this hotel. It is convenient to travel, about 10 minutes from the Nippori subway station, there are many shops along the road to go shopping. There is a supermarket at the door, and life is very convenient. When you get off at JR Nippori Station and go to Okachimachi Station, you can go to Duoqing House to buy cosmetics and daily necessities, and the price is much cheaper than in the drug store. The room is tatami, and the boss will bring the room to the room to introduce the usage of various facilities. The bathroom is very clean and has a toothbrush. Perhaps it was a long time no one lived in a three-room room type. On the first night, there was a small insect biting. After going to the supermarket to buy some ointment, it would be fine. After the next day, there would be no insect bites.

I picked this hotel purely because of the location and the price. Right next to the Nippori station. You'll have to find the right door and go to 3rd floor by elevator to reach the reception. Staff was nice and tried their best to communicate, even though their English was not good. I got to leave my luggage there supervised for a couple of hours, as I arrived before I could get to my room. I got a smoking room (I don't smoke inside but didn't have a choice about the room when booking via a third party) and the smell was horrible, but I knew beforehand that would be the case, and fortunately there was fabric freshening spray which really helped. I didn't expect best quality when I didn't pay a whole lot, and I think I got what I paid for. A safe, clean place to rest between exploring the city. The room had basic cleanliness, but clearly everything was somewhat old and a bit worn out. There were nice restaurants near this hotel, and the Yanaka Ginza street, old cemetary and Fabric town are just a couple of steps away. The best thing about this hotel is the location next to the station. The Yamanote line stops in Nippori and takes you for example to Ueno, Tokyo station, Shibuya and Harajuku quickly. Unfortunately the best thing about the hotel was also the worst. My room's window was facing the station (no view whatsoever, just a grey wall) and I could clearly hear all the noises. The trains don't bother me one bit, but all the other noise, such as announcements, jingles (yes... the trains have jingles) and warning tones were super loud and disruptive. It went on until 12 at night and started again at 5 am. I had ear plugs with me but didn't sleep too well with them, because I usually don't wear them at night. But to be able to get some sleep they were absolutely necessary. So bring them if you're staying in this hotel and I really mean it. Overall, not a stylish place, but functional. Wouldn't stay here again though, because of the station being so loud.

The best experience ever! The perfect start to a trip to Tokyo! The facilities are complete, there is a public lounge where you can drink tea and chat, the sanitation is very clean, and there is a faint fragrance. The environment is very quiet, and the area and streets are very Japanese anime and movie. Nearby is Nippori Station. The transportation is very convenient. There are also many delicious foods nearby. You must go to the bakery. Gaga is delicious. The service of the hotel is very good. The owner is very nice. It can be said that he really feels at home. He can chat a little every day when he goes out and returns to the hotel. The owner recommended itineraries for me. Yokohama is really beautiful haha. Overall, 100 points! The location of the accommodation is very good, there are supermarkets, pharmacies and supermarkets nearby. It is very close to the subway and Jr and there is a laundromat opposite. But the hardware facilities are not very good. As soon as you enter the gate, there is an unmanned counter full of changing sheets and bath towels. The door leading to the garbage atrium is not equipped with a door lock, but it seems that it is not very safe to go directly to the outside. The elevator is small and old, and the door closes very fast. During the stay, it was caught several times. There is only a simple lock in the room, and there is no second floor anti-theft lock in the house. I feel that the cleanliness of the accommodation is not very careful, and there is even a pair of socks stuffed under the swivel chair. The toothpaste provided is used and almost empty (but toothpaste has basically been opened and I dare not use it) The frost in the refrigerator freezer is very thick and yellow. The sound insulation is very poor. On the third night of our stay, a group of girls stayed in the next room. It was after 11 o'clock in the middle of the night, probably because they were too excited to travel, they kept talking and singing, accompanied by the sound of the hair dryer (even the sound of the hair dryer switch can be heard clearly) The sound of opening and closing and the collision of luggage has been sounding at the head of our bed.

The location is very convenient. It takes less than 5 minutes to reach JR Nishi-Nippori Station and 10 minutes to Nippori Station. There is an Aeon supermarket, convenience stores, and many restaurants nearby. Staff service and attitude are very good. Close to the railway, but not noisy as expected. Instead, for several days in a row, the sound of some construction work would be heard from the street at about 8 a.m. every day, including the collision of drilling tools and iron. I live on the second floor, and the sound came from the exhaust fan. It was very loud, and it continued for several days. Everyone was woken up. I don’t know if there happened to be construction or if it was like this every day.
