Overall, reasonable hotel. I went to check in at 3pm but the actual check in time was 10pm, which was a bit strange. Bed is very comfortable. Clean environnement with good service. The rooms isn’t too small. But the bathroom just has a shower. The walls are very thin and it’s easy to hear those around you. The staff was friendly and allowed me to store my bags which I waited. Extra towels are provided and all cleaning necessities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash etc)

Wonderful hotel where even the smallest details have been well thought through. I don't usually write long reviews but I have so many good things to say about this hotel. We stayed here twice during our honeymoon in Japan, for two nights at the start of the trip and three nights at the end. The two rooms we had were both fantastic with amazing views over the Imperial gardens. Every member of staff was kind and friendly, they greeted the guests in such a genuine and warm manner. Breakfast was delicious - we enjoyed the buffet, and the Japanese style breakfast. They serve lots of different teas, coffees, and juices. We had a few shots of the very healthy green juice which was surprisingly tasty! The bar is very chic and it has a long cocktail list. It has a very glamorous aesthetic, with glossy floors and cute tables to enjoy a drink. We had dinner on the terrace on our last night; the food was fabulous. We thought it was quite reasonably priced (we're used to London prices!) for the set menus, with wine pairings. It was well worth the price. The wine is great and we really enjoyed chatting to the sommelier about his speciality, Californian wines. The rooms have lots of storage, and we had two TVs (one in the bedroom, one in the bathroom). We had a bath, and a separate shower cubicle. The loos feature classic Japanese high tech which is quite interesting. We were given pyjamas, slippers, and dressing gowns in our rooms. There were lovely toileteries including a whole set of facial cleansers, toners, and moisturisers, as well as bath oils and salts. We even got some steam eye masks which were so luxurious. They have toothbrushes in case you have forgotten your own! The hotel has easy access to the underground system, and you can walk to the main Tokyo station in around 10 minutes. It's close to lots of shopping centres with cafes and restaurants. There's also a beautiful Starbucks next door - I'd definitely recommend trying the Japanese Starbucks! It's really different from the UK and has some great treats. The concierges are helpful and knowledgable. They booked me in for a wash and blow dry (reasonably priced for a city centre hairdresser at around £26 at the Shisheido salon which uses high quality products). They also arranged tickets for the Tokyo Skytree, and they recommended places to visit and various restaurants. We really relied on their expertise, and they were so generous with their time. All in all, we had an amazing and very memorable experience at this hotel. We hope we'll be lucky enough to return one day again.

It’s just wonderful to stay in ascott. It is just opposite to otemachi station (find exit C9). Best of all, it has a 24 hour gym, suitable for gym goers / and more importantly business travel. The room is bigger than most ordinary rooms in Tokyo, with art of state facilities. The staff here are attention, and helpful. Do consider if you have the extra budget 😊

Both service and location is amazing. For both traveling and business trip, the location is top notch. For transportation, you get access to hibiya line, Ginza line, yurakucho, shinbashi station which pretty much goes to everywhere. Ginza is right next to it, which is famous for shopping and food. You will have no trouble accessing any place in Tokyo with these lines. For business, mainly it is held at either marunouchi or kasumigaseki(government) both locations are very close. If you want to walk around in nature. There is a big park right in front of the hotel. Very satisfied with the location. Service is great as well, they pretty much solve any problems or question I had.

We book two rooms one double and one triple. Both are very small even by Japanese standard. But it is very clean, new and functional. All amenities are self service, hopefully it reduces wastage. Daily housekeeping provided although we declined to be environmentally conscious. Location was two blocks from Tsukiji market where we had breakfast every day for three days stay. It is close to metro - Higashi Ginza or Ginza station. Beds were comfortable, shower awesome although that seem to be the norm rather than exception in Japan. During a ten days Japan trip we have been impressed with all the hotels, average priced but so clean and pleasant compared to North American hotels of similar price. This is a nation you can’t help but respect!

For various reasons we had to extend our stay by another night and were pleased to do so. It allowed us to experience K’shiki restaurant as well as Tapas Molecular Bar which we were already booked into. Osamu Okazaki ensured that our check in went extremely smoothly and offered services which made us feel very welcomed. He really did relieve the stress that had been caused by the day’s events. The room was magnificent and allowed us to totally unwind. The hotel is close enough to places of interest to fill your time if needs be. The restaurants were exceptional. K’shiki with it’s vague nod towards italian cuisine was exceptional. We chose Chef’s Dinner Menu and each course was interesting and surprising. Service was exceptional. Tapas Molecular Bar is one of those restaurants which is really special in the world. It’s hard to write a review without ruining the surprises. Suffice to say with only seating for eight you really do need to consider your reservation well in advance. Chef Kento Ushikubo is as talented as it gets. His food is intense in taste, creative and in many cases just baffling. He could almost be a member of the Magic Circle with the illusions he creates. One of the most thoughtful and considerate people I have met, and meet him you do because he is with you preparing everything throughout the meal, you just wanted to applaud with a standing ovation at the end. He made it particularly special for our wedding anniversaries and I can’t say how because it would spoil another illusion. I was just staggered that with all our experience of eating throughout the world we were introduced to new experiences. Spoiler alert; I cannot believe his ‘powdered ice cream’ has not been ‘borrowed’ by other chefs. Sadly, unless we manage to return, some of those experiences will be a once in a lifetime event. 前から気になっていた東京駅八重洲口至近のサービスアパートメント、この類いはアスコット丸の内を何度か利用しており、何となく心構えはできていた。 ・入口からセキュリティは厳重。自動ドアを開けるのもまずモニターに予約者名を伝える必要がある。 ・フロント横にラウンジあり。開放感のあるセンスのよいスペース。コーヒー類は自由に飲めるらしい。 ・バスタブがなくシャワーのみの部屋もあるようで、バスタブ有りで選んだらデラックススイートがそうらしく、入ったらすぐにコンパクトなキッチンとリビングルーム、奥が角部屋になっていてそこがベッドルーム、広いガラス張りの向こうに大丸が入っているグラントウキョウと東京駅八重洲口広場が見える 。この２つの部屋の間にバスルームと洗面、トイレと洗濯機、なんとビューバスになっていた。 ・リビングは広くはないが落ち受ける空間。Wi-Fiが弱いようで通信が時々途切れた。ベッドルームはカーテンを開け放すと大丸から覗かれそう。 ・パジャマは備え付けはないみたい、注文すると持ってきてもらえる。 ・高層階を希望したのだが真ん中より下の階だった。居住者もいるためか、或いは初利用だったからかはわからない。 この手の「ホテルではないがそれっぽい空間」だと承知していれば十分満足できる設え。フロントスタッフの皆さんも丁寧な対応だった。

Having recently spent two nights at the Karaksa Hotel Tokyo Station, I'm happy to share my experience. Overall, it was a positive stay, particularly due to its prime location and comfortable accommodations. Location: As the name suggests, the hotel's biggest draw is its proximity to Tokyo Station. Just a few minutes' walk away, it provided easy access to various JR lines, subways, and the Shinkansen. This made exploring the city incredibly convenient, whether I was heading to popular sights like Shibuya Crossing or venturing further afield to Kamakura. Accommodations: My room was clean and well-maintained, with enough space for luggage and comfortable bedding. I particularly appreciated the thoughtful amenities, such as complimentary pajamas, toiletries, and an in-room coffee machine. Though compact, the room utilized space efficiently, offering everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Other Highlights: Friendly staff: The hotel staff were consistently helpful and accommodating, addressing my needs promptly and with a smile. Delicious breakfast: The breakfast buffet offered a variety of Japanese and Western options, ensuring a satisfying start to the day. Modern amenities: The hotel provided free Wi-Fi, laundry facilities, and a luggage storage service, which were all convenient additions. Overall: If you're looking for a conveniently located, comfortable, and modern hotel in central Tokyo, the Karaksa Hotel Tokyo Station is a solid choice. Its prime location and friendly service make it a good option for both leisure and business travelers. While the rooms might be small for some, the comfortable amenities and delicious breakfast buffet more than compensate. Recommendation: I would recommend this hotel to travelers who prioritize location, comfort, and convenience. We stayed in this hotel in October 2019 for our wedding trip. All in all, the rooms are quite spacious: there are two quite large beds (but you want to sleep comfortable in two in one bed) while the bathroom offers everything necessary between bathroom shampoo, shampoo, snack, hairdryer etc. In the room there is also a tea boiler and several infusions. In the hotel hall there is also a (American) coffee machine available to customers and, in the lower floors, a washing machine and an onsen (always free for customers). Breakfast is both Japanese and Western style, so everyone is satisfied. The staff is really very friendly and cleaning in all environments is inconvenient. The location is a very quiet point, but I think it is the position: a few minutes walk from the metro and, even though it is almost near the Tokyo Dome, the area is very quiet. I mean, I have been very prompted.

The hotel is near a few local train stations and about 10 mins walk to Tokyo station. There are restaurants and 7-11, Lawson nearby the hotel which is very good and convenient. The hotel is also in walkable distance to Ginza area which have a lot of shops, restaurant and food. The staff there are friendly and polite. The only down side is the room is too small but other than all good. There is also a 2-in-1 washer cum dryer at level 1 which is good & convenient for pple who wants to wash their clothes.
